ICON 2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Bolt-In Coilover Conversion Kit

Fitment: 2005-2016 F-250 and F-350 trucks. This bolt-in coilover conversion increases damping performance and provides user-adjustable ride height for improved on- and off-road dynamics.

• Bolt-in design: installs in the OE coil bucket location for straightforward fitment.
• Ride height adjustable: front adjustment range approximately 2.5"–3.0".
• Improved handling: decreased body roll and enhanced ride control.
• Vehicle-specific valving: shock valving tuned for the vehicle to deliver balanced ride quality and control.
• Serviceable shocks: fully rebuildable and revalveable design extends product life and allows later tuning.
• Secondary shock capable: coilover conversion allows addition of a secondary shock.
• Durable construction: corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies with 7/8" shafts and corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum rear shock bodies with 7/8" shafts.
• Coil springs: heavy-duty coil springs guaranteed for life against sagging or breakage.
• Rod end bearings: rod end bearings included for extended longevity and minimal deflection.

Recommended wheel and tire guidance:

• OEM wheels and tires: compatible.
• Recommended wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (5.00" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset).
• Recommended tire size: up to 35" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming and additional modifications).
• Designed for use with single rear wheels (SRW).

Notes

• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket is required for installation.
• Wide-steer equipped trucks require stabilizer part number 66515 (quantity 2).
• 2005–2016 F-250s require 4" rear blocks with a 15" U-bolt kit to sit level with a 2.5" lifted front; appropriate block and U-bolt kits are recommended for model-year groups.
