ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2.5" Stage 2 Suspension System

The ICON Stage 2 2.5" suspension system is designed to level and upgrade the ride quality and performance of 2023 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD diesel trucks. Engineered for on-road and off-road use—including towing, job-site duty, and general adventure—the system combines dual-rate coil springs, alignment cams, and 2.5" aluminum-series piggyback reservoir shocks tuned as a complete package.

• Fitment: Designed for 2023 F-250 / F-350 4WD diesel applications (does not fit 2024 models or F-350/F-450 Cab & Chassis).
• Ride and travel: Approximately 25% increased front wheel travel over stock for improved control over varying terrain.
• Springs: ICON-engineered dual-rate coil springs optimized for diesel engines; lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sag.
• Shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series front and rear piggyback reservoir shocks with vehicle-specific tuning; shocks are fully rebuildable and revalvable.
• Durability: Hard-anodized, corrosion-resistant, one-piece impact-extruded aluminum shock bodies with 7/8" shafts and FK rod-end bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection.
• Designed as a complete system: Components are tested and tuned together to deliver balanced performance and improved ride quality.

Notes:

• Not compatible with all OEM wheel/tire combinations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset / less backspace are recommended (approximately 6 mm offset recommended).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes (example backspace/offset): 17x8.5, 18x9, 20x9 (approx. 5–5.25" backspace, ~6 mm offset).
• Recommended tire sizes: up to 35" x 12.50" without major modification; larger tires (up to 37" x 12.50") may fit with minor fender trimming depending on wheel, rear lift, and vehicle configuration.
• Front ride height varies by configuration: typically ~2.5" front lift without Tremor; ~1.5" front lift when the Tremor package is equipped. Final height depends on rear lift, wheel/tire choice, and cab/axle configuration.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–3" of rear lift.
• Only fits 4WD models; springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• An adjustable track bar or track bar bracket may be needed to realign the axle or correct bump steer geometry; additional track bar strength may be beneficial in some applications.
• Rare cases may require an alignment cam on one side for proper caster split.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Optional upgraded or extended brake lines are available for users who prefer not to bend factory steel lines or who want a braided stainless upgrade (optional, not required for installation).
