ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2.5" Stage 1 Suspension System — 2023 Ford F-250 / F-350 4WD (Diesel)

A complete entry-level suspension system designed to level 2023 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD diesel trucks while greatly improving ride quality and overall performance. Ideal for on-road driving, towing, and mild off-road duty such as job sites and gravel roads. Engineered as a matched package of springs, alignment components, and aluminum-bodied shocks for balanced control and a refined ride.

• Lift height: Approximately 2.5" front lift (varies with configuration)
• Travel: Approximately 25% increased front wheel travel over stock
• Springs: ICON-engineered dual-rate coil springs optimized for diesel trucks
• Shocks: ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series front and rear shocks with vehicle-specific tuning
• Shocks features: Fully rebuildable and revalvable, corrosion-resistant anodized bodies with 5/8" shafts
• Alignment: Includes alignment cams to maintain proper geometry
• Durability: Lifetime guarantee against coil spring breakage or sag and against fabricated component breakage or manufacturer defect
• Rear compatibility: Included rear shocks compatible with up to 0–2" of rear lift over stock

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Will not fit F-350/F-450 cab & chassis models.
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• An adjustable track bar may be needed to realign the axle side-to-side or to add additional strength; a track bar bracket is recommended to correct bump steer geometry.
• Lift heights are based on 4WD crew cab diesel configurations.
• In rare cases, a 2.6° alignment cam on one side may be required for proper caster split.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Will not fit 2024 models.
• Trucks equipped with the Tremor package will have approximately 1.5" of front lift; without the Tremor package the front lift is approximately 2.5".
• Maximum recommended rear lift is 2".
• OEM wheels and tires will fit. Recommended aftermarket tires up to 35" x 12.50"; larger tires (up to 37" x 12.50") may fit with minor fender trimming.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset is approximately 6 mm. Common recommended wheel sizes include 17x8.5, 18x9, and 20x9 (verify backspace and fitment for your application).
• An extended brake line kit is optional for installers who do not want to bend the factory steel lines or who prefer a braided stainless upgrade.
