ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2025-2026 Toyota 4Runner Stage 14 Suspension System
ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 14 suspension for the 2025-2026 Toyota 4Runner is engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping capability, and deliver superior vehicle control and ride quality both on- and off-road. The system features vehicle-specific 2.5 Series coilover shocks with remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs, height adjustability, and ICON’s Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) with ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) for active, near-instant compression damping adjustment.
- Vehicle-specific 2.5 Series front coilovers: Remote reservoirs for improved cooling, increased oil volume, and reduced damper fade under hard use.
- Adjustable front lift: Coilovers provide 1.25–3" front lift over stock to accommodate larger wheel and tire combinations.
- Maximized front wheel travel: Coilover lengths optimized for 2WD models to yield maximum available wheel travel.
- CDEV with ICON Intelligent Control (IIC): Compression Damping Electronic Valve technology enables in-vehicle adjustment and active damping changes via the IIC system.
- Wireless control: System configurable and controllable through the IIC app for near-instant damping adjustments.
- Tubular upper control arms (UCAs): Correct front-end geometry, added caster, improved component clearance, and increased strength.
- Delta Joint PRO: Serviceable, rebuildable joint providing full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind and offering up to 90° total articulation.
- Dual-rate rear coils: Softer ride-rate spring with firmer overload rate for on-road comfort and bottoming resistance; provides 0.75" rear lift.
- Tubular rear links: Upper and lower links with dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end and FK rod ends at the other for improved articulation and noise isolation.
- Billet adjustable rear track bar: On-vehicle fine adjustment to re-center the rear axle without removal.
- 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks: Integrated bump zones and vehicle-specific valving for balanced front-to-rear performance.
- Materials & construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components, corrosion-resistant CAD plated shock bodies, and 7/8" shock shafts.
