ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2025-2026 Toyota 4Runner Stage 12 Suspension System

The Stage 12 suspension system is engineered to improve wheel travel, damping ability, and overall vehicle control for on- and off-road driving. It features vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilover shocks with CDEV-equipped remote reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, and a range of front lift adjustability to accommodate larger wheel and tire combinations. ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) actively adjusts compression damping via the CDEV valves and can be configured using the IIC app.

• Front coilovers: Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilovers with remote reservoirs for superior damping, increased oil volume, and improved cooling.
• Adjustable lift: Coilovers provide 1.25–3" front lift over stock to allow larger wheel and tire combinations.
• Maximized wheel travel: Coilover lengths optimized for 2WD models to yield maximum front wheel travel and improved suspension performance.
• Active damping: CDEV (Compression Damping Electronic Valve) enables in-vehicle adjustment and near-instantaneous compression changes via ICON Intelligent Control (IIC).
• Upper control arms: Tubular upper control arms correct front-end geometry, add caster, improve clearance, and include the serviceable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel with 90° total articulation.
• Rear suspension: Dual-rate rear coil springs provide a softer ride with a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance, offering .75" rear lift for a level stance.
• Rear track bar: Billet adjustable rear track bar recenters the axle with on-vehicle fine adjustment via double adjuster rod end threads.
• Rear shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks with integrated bump zones and vehicle-specific valving for a balanced front-to-rear tune.
• Durable construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components, corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies, and 7/8" shafts.
• Hardware: FK rod end bearings for longevity and minimal deflection; shocks are fully serviceable.

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Only fits 2WD models; installation onto 4WD models will result in damage to front axles.
• Advertised lift heights based on models equipped with gasoline engine.
• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.

Fitment & Specifications

• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5 with 6.32" backspace / 40 mm offset; 18x9 with 6.6" backspace / 40 mm offset.
• Recommended maximum tire size: Up to 33" x 11.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or modifications).
• Front lift range: 1.25" – 3".
• Rear lift: 0.75".
• Recommended wheel offset: 40 mm.
