The Stage 11 suspension system for 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner is engineered to increase wheel travel and damping for improved vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. The system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilover shocks with remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs. Remote reservoirs increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and damper fade. Stage 11 also features ICON Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) valves with independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment and 10 detented settings for each. Coilover lengths are optimized for 2WD models to maximize available front wheel travel.
The kit includes tubular upper control arms to correct front-end geometry, add caster, and improve component clearance. The OE ball joint is replaced with a serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint Pro to allow full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind. The rear uses a dual-rate coil design for a comfortable on-road ride with firm overload resistance off-road, providing a level stance with .75" of rear lift. Tubular rear links use dual-durometer greaseless bushings and high-quality rod end bearings for articulation while isolating noise and vibration. An adjustable billet aluminum rear track bar recenters the rear axle and allows on-vehicle fine adjustment. Vehicle-specific 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks with integrated bump zones balance damping performance front to rear.
