ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 10 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 10 suspension system is engineered to improve wheel travel, damping performance, and overall ride quality for enhanced on- and off-road control. The kit features vehicle-specific tuned coilover shocks with externally adjustable CDC valves and remote reservoirs, engineered coil springs, tubular control arms and links, and a complete rear linkage and shock package to deliver balanced performance front-to-rear.

• Front coilovers: Tuned 2.5 Series coilover shocks with remote reservoirs for improved cooling and consistent damping
• Adjustable lift: Front coilovers provide adjustable lift from 1.25"–3" over stock
• External compression adjustment: CDC Valves offer 10 settings of compression damping
• Optimized travel: Coilover lengths optimized for 2WD models to maximize available front wheel travel
• Front upper control arms: Tubular UCAs correct front-end geometry, add caster, and increase suspension clearance
• Delta Joint PRO: Serviceable, rebuildable joint design allows full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind
• Materials & construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components and corrosion-resistant plated shock bodies with 7/8" shafts
• Rear springs: Dual-rate rear coil springs provide a softer ride with a firmer overload for bottoming resistance and off-road performance; raises rear approximately 0.75"
• Rear links: Tubular upper and lower links with dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end and FK rod ends at the other for articulation and reduced noise/vibration
• Adjustable rear track bar: Billet adjustable track bar with on-vehicle fine adjustment to re-center the rear axle
• Rear shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks with integrated bump zones and vehicle-specific valving to balance front-to-rear performance
• Hardware & longevity: FK rod end bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection; shocks are fully serviceable

• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5 with 6.32" backspace / 40mm offset
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 18x9 with 6.6" backspace / 40mm offset
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 33" x 11.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required)
• Only fits 4WD models
• Only fits 2WD models
• Advertised lift heights based on models equipped with gasoline engine
• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install
• Use up to 33" x 11.50" tires
• Raises rear approximately 0.75"
