ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 10 — 2025-2026 Toyota 4Runner Suspension System

The ICON Stage 10 suspension system for the 2025-2026 Toyota 4Runner is engineered to increase wheel travel and damping ability for improved vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. The system features vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilover shocks with CDCV-equipped remote reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, and a range of adjustable and billet aluminum components designed for durability, serviceability, and optimized suspension performance.

System overview: Vehicle-specific 2.5 Series coilovers with remote reservoirs provide superior damping and cooling. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation. Externally adjustable ICON CDC Valves offer 10 compression settings. Coilover lengths are optimized for 2WD models to maximize front wheel travel, and coilovers are height adjustable for 1.25–3" of front lift over stock.

Rear and suspension geometry: The system includes ICON billet aluminum upper control arms to correct front-end geometry and provide on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment. The Delta Joint PRO replaces the OE ball joint with a serviceable, rebuildable design that allows full bump and droop travel without binding. Dual-rate rear coils provide a compliant ride with a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance and .75" of rear lift for a level stance. Billet rear links with on-vehicle adjustability, greaseless bushings, and FK rod ends balance articulation and NVH isolation. The billet adjustable rear track bar recenters the axle and allows easy on-vehicle fine adjustment.

Shocks and construction: Front and rear ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir CDCV shocks feature corrosion-resistant plated bodies and 7/8" shafts, with vehicle-specific valving and integrated bump zones in the rears to balance performance between front and rear.
