ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2025-2026 Toyota 4Runner Stage 2 Suspension System

The Stage 2 suspension system is engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping, and deliver superior vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. Tuned 2.5 Series front coilover shocks with internal reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs provide adjustable front lift, enhanced cooling, and refined feel through the suspension range. Front differential drop brackets and optimized coilover lengths maximize suspension travel while preventing CV bind, and polyurethane differential mounting bushings limit differential movement under load.

The included tubular upper control arms correct front-end geometry, add caster, and improve component clearance. Replacing the OE ball joint with the serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO allows full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind. Dual-rate rear coils combine a softer ride-height rate with a firmer overload rate for on-road comfort and bottoming resistance off-road, while ICON 2.0 internal reservoir rear shocks are valved to balance front-to-rear performance and deliver a level stance.

• Only fits 4WD models
• Advertised lift heights based on models equipped with gasoline engine
• An adjustable track bar is recommended to realign the axle but is not required
• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range
• Shocks are fully serviceable
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5 with 6.32" backspace / 40mm offset; 18x9 with 6.6" backspace / 40mm offset
• Use up to 33" x 11.50" tires (larger tires may require fender trimming and modifications)
• Raises front 1.25"–3" and raises rear 0.75"
