ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2025-2026 Toyota 4Runner Stage 1 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 suspension system for the 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner is engineered to increase wheel travel and damping capability for improved vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. The system features vehicle-specific tuned coilover shocks with internal reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, front differential drop brackets, and dual-rate rear coils to deliver a balanced, comfortable ride with enhanced off-road performance.

• Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilover shocks with internal reservoirs for improved cooling and superior damping control.
• Height-adjustable front coilovers providing 1.25–3 in of front lift over stock to allow larger wheel and tire combinations.
• Front differential drop brackets and optimized coilover lengths to maximize front suspension travel and reduce CV bind.
• Polyurethane differential mounting bushings to limit differential movement under load.
• Dual-rate rear coil springs offering a softer ride rate with a firmer overload rate for improved bottoming resistance and off-road performance, with 0.75 in of rear lift for a level stance.
• 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving to balance front and rear performance.
• 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components and corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover shock bodies with 7/8" shafts.
• Rod end bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection.
• Increased wheel travel and improved ride quality for enhanced on-road comfort and off-road capability.

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Advertised lift heights are based on models equipped with gasoline engines.
• An adjustable track bar is recommended to realign the axle but is not required.
• Advertised lift height ranges apply to a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter the lift range.
• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• ICON Delta Joint Pro front upper control arms are recommended to maintain proper wheel alignment above 2 in of lift.
• Fits OEM wheels and tires.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17 x 8.5 with 6.32 in backspace / 40 mm offset; 18 x 9 with 6.6 in backspace / 40 mm offset.
• Recommended maximum tire size: up to 33 x 11.50 (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications may be required).
• Front lift: 1.25–3 in; Rear lift: 0.75 in.
