• IIC (ICON Intelligent Control) uses onboard sensors to monitor G-forces and chassis movement to make near-instantaneous compression damping adjustments on CDEV-equipped shocks
• Up to 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components
• Designed to fit up to 37" tires with full articulation (larger tires may require fender trimming and modifications)
• Maintains factory track width with optimized suspension geometry to reduce bump steer
• Adjustable front ride height with ranges that vary by vehicle configuration and options
• Tubular upper control arms (UCAs) with Delta Joint Pro for added strength, durability and caster correction; patented Delta Joint Pro provides improved durability and 90° total articulation
• Single-piece high-strength ductile iron steering knuckles with built-in 4" drop
• High-clearance front crossmembers and skid plate, CNC laser cut and brake-formed from 1/4" steel plate
• Included sway bar drop brackets to reduce bind in OE sway bar links

• High-angle outer tie-rods with durable, greaseable metal-on-metal tie rod ends
• ICON engineered triple-rate rear coil springs offering progressive rates for on-road comfort and off-road stability
• Shocks are fully serviceable

• Wheel and tire fitment: Requires minimum 20" wheel diameter; supports up to 37" x 12.50" tires (larger tires may require fender trimming and modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel specifications: 20 x 9" wheel with approximately 5.625" backspace (≈16 mm offset) for optimal fitment.
• Lift heights shown are for stock-equipped vehicles; increasing vehicle weight with accessories will alter lift range.
• Some models with automatic leveling headlights or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension require additional part number 55153.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension or Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS).
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control app.
• Typical front lift ranges by configuration (approximate): i-Force gasoline engine models ~5–6"; i-Force MAX hybrid models ~4.5–5.5"; SR5 with TRD Sport ~6–7"; TRD Pro ~3.25–4.25".
• Typical rear lift: approximately 3" or 3.5" depending on suspension package and configuration (TRD Off-Road/TRD Sport/TRD Pro and other package variations).
