High-performance suspension system featuring ICON 2.5 Series front coilovers and remote-reservoir rear shocks. Engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping and shock cooling, and deliver a balanced on-road ride with excellent off-road capability.

• 2.5 Series front coilovers and rear shocks with remote reservoirs for superior damping and improved shock cooling
• Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) provides in-vehicle adjustment of compression damping and active adjustment via ICON Intelligent Control
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors to monitor G-forces and chassis movement and makes near-instantaneous compression damping adjustments on CDEV-equipped shocks
• Up to a 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components
• Optimized to fit 37" x 12.50" tires with full articulation (larger tires may require fender trimming and modifications)
• Maintains factory track width and optimized suspension geometry to nearly eliminate stock bump steer
• Adjustable front ride heights with common ranges between approximately 4.5–6" depending on engine and factory package; select sub-models vary (see notes)
• Billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs) with Delta Joint Pro for added strength, durability, and on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment
• Patented Delta Joint Pro provides improved durability and serviceability with 90° of total articulation
• Single-piece high-strength ductile iron steering knuckles with a built-in 4" drop
• High-clearance front crossmembers and front skid plate, CNC laser cut and brake-formed from 1/4" steel plate
• Included sway bar drop brackets to reduce bind in OE sway bar links
• Front and rear heavy-duty bump stop brackets
• High-angle outer tie-rods with durable, metal-on-metal greaseable tie rod ends
• Custom triple-rate rear coil springs engineered for progressive spring rates to balance on-road comfort with off-road stability

Notes:

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated refer to a stock-equipped vehicle; added vehicle accessories or weight will alter lift ranges.
• Front lift ranges vary by engine and factory package: typical ranges include ~5–6" for many gasoline i-Force models, ~4.5–5.5" for i-Force MAX hybrid models, ~6–7" for TRD Sport, and ~3.25–4.25" for TRD Pro.
• Rear lift is typically 3" on Tundra models equipped with TRD Off-Road, TRD Sport suspension packages, or TRD Pro; 3.5" on Tundra models without TRD Off-Road/Sport packages.
• Fits up to 37" x 12.50" tires; larger tires may require fender trimming and other modifications.
• Cannot be used with any wheel with a diameter less than 20". Recommended aftermarket wheels: 20x9" with 5.625" backspace / 16mm offset. ICON Alloys wheels are recommended for fitment.
• Vehicles equipped with automatic leveling headlights may require part number 55153.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS).
• Some configurations may be incompatible with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension; verify vehicle configuration and requirements.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• ICON Intelligent Control app requires an iOS-operated device to run.
