ICON Vehicle Dynamics

Performance suspension system designed to transform ride quality, off-road capability, and wheel travel for Tundra models. Combines high-performance dampers, engineered link components, and reinforced mounting hardware to deliver improved articulation, control, and tire clearance while maintaining factory track width.

  • 2.5 Series front coilovers and remote-reservoir rear shocks for superior damping, vehicle control, and improved shock cooling.
  • ICON CDXS on all shock absorbers provides independent adjustability of high-speed and low-speed compression for tailored handling response and aggressiveness.
  • Up to 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components.
  • Optimized to fit 37" x 12.50" tires with full articulation (larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming/modifications).
  • Maintains factory track width and optimized suspension geometry to nearly eliminate stock bump steer.
  • Adjustable front ride heights: typically 5–6" of front lift over stock (up to 6" with only 4" crossmember drop).
  • Tubular upper control arms (UCAs) with Delta Joint Pro for added strength, durability, and caster correction to improve drivability.
  • Patented Delta Joint Pro provides improved durability and serviceability with 90° of total articulation.
  • Single-piece high-strength ductile iron steering knuckles with built-in 4" drop.
  • High-clearance front crossmembers and front skid plate CNC laser cut and brake-formed from 1/4" steel plate.
  • Included sway bar drop brackets reduce bind in OE sway bar links; front and rear heavy-duty bump stop brackets included.
  • High-angle outer tie-rods with durable, greaseable metal-on-metal tie rod ends.
  • ICON-engineered custom triple-rate rear coil springs for progressive spring rates that balance on-road comfort with off-road stability and control.
  • Tubular rear upper and lower links enhance rear articulation and allow pinion angle adjustment.
  • Shocks are fully serviceable to extend service life and maintain performance.

Notes

  • Does not fit OEM wheels and tires; requires wheels with a minimum diameter of 20".
  • Recommended aftermarket wheel size: 20x9" with 5.625" backspace / 16mm offset. Recommended tire: 37" x 12.50". Larger tires may require fender trimming and modifications.
  • Lift heights quoted are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
  • Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear height control air suspension.
  • Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
  • Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
  • Models equipped with automatic-leveling headlights require part number 55153.
  • Typical front lift ranges by configuration:
    • i-Force (gasoline): ~5–6"
    • i-Force MAX (hybrid): ~4.5–5.5"
    • TRD Sport: ~6–7"
    • TRD Pro: ~3.25–4.25"
  • Rear lift: 3" for Tundra equipped with TRD Off-Road, TRD Sport suspension packages, or TRD Pro; 3.5" for Tundra without TRD Off-Road/TRD Sport packages.
