High-performance suspension kit engineered for modern full-size trucks and SUVs. Designed to increase wheel travel, improve damping and control, and accommodate larger off-road tires while maintaining durable, serviceable components.

• 2.5 Series front coilovers and remote-reservoir rear shocks for superior damping, vehicle control, and improved shock cooling.
• Up to 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components.
• Optimized to fit 37" tires with full articulation (larger tires may fit but will likely require fender trimming and modifications).
• Maintains factory track width and features optimized geometry to nearly eliminate bump steer.
• Adjustable front ride heights allowing approximately 4.5"–6" of front lift depending on vehicle sub-model and suspension package.
• Billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs) with Delta Joint Pro for added strength, durability, and on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment.
• Patented Delta Joint Pro provides improved durability and serviceability with 90° of total articulation.
• Single-piece high-strength ductile iron steering knuckles with integrated 4" drop for correct steering geometry.
• High-clearance CNC laser-cut and brake-formed 1/4" steel crossmembers and front skid plate for protection and improved clearance.
• Sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty bump stop brackets, and high-angle greaseable tie rod ends to reduce bind and improve durability.
• ICON triple-rate rear coil springs for progressive rates that balance on-road comfort with off-road stability.
• High-clearance billet rear lower links with replaceable nylon rock sliders and an adjustable double-adjuster system for ride height and pinion angle tuning.
• Improved rear sway bar links, mounts, and track bar bracket to reduce bind in the rear suspension.
• Shocks are fully serviceable for long-term maintenance and rebuildability.

• Recommended tire size: up to 37" x 12.50". Larger tires may fit but will likely require fender trimming and other modifications.
• Minimum wheel diameter required: 20". Recommended wheel offset: approximately 16 mm (verify fitment for specific wheels).
• Lift heights are shown for stock-equipped vehicles; added vehicle weight from accessories or equipment will alter the achieved lift range.
• Front lift ranges vary by sub-model: typical ranges include approximately 5"–6" for many sub-models, ~4.5"–5.5" for certain hybrid variants, ~6"–7" for SR5 with TRD Sport package, and ~3.25"–4.25" for TRD Pro models.
• Rear lift varies by configuration: typically around 3" with certain TRD Off-Road/Sport/Pro configurations and around 3.5" on models without those packages.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear height control air suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
