ICON 2.5 Series Front Coilover Suspension System

The ICON 2.5 Series suspension system is a performance lift solution for full-size trucks, providing increased wheel travel, improved damping, and enhanced off-road capability while retaining factory track width and optimized suspension geometry.

• Front: 2.5 Series coilovers with remote reservoirs for superior damping and improved shock cooling
• Increased travel: System allows up to a 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components
• Tire fitment: Optimized to fit 37" x 12.50" tires with full articulation (larger tires may require fender trimming and modifications)
• Ride height: Adjustable front ride heights generally between 5–6" over stock (varies by sub-model; see specifications)
• Upper control arms: Tubular UCAs with Delta Joint Pro for added strength, durability, and caster correction
• Delta Joint Pro: Patented joint design providing improved durability and serviceability with 90° total articulation (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700)
• Steering knuckles: Single-piece high-strength ductile iron knuckles with integrated 4" drop
• Chassis protection: High-clearance front crossmembers and CNC laser-cut, brake-formed 1/4" steel front skid plate
• Sway bar & bump stops: Included sway bar drop brackets reduce bind; front and rear heavy-duty bump stop brackets included
• Tie rods: High-angle outer tie-rods with greaseable metal-on-metal tie rod ends
• Rear: 2.0 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir shocks paired with a rear coil spring spacer kit to retain factory springs while providing lift
• Rear binding reduction: Improved rear sway bar links, mounts, and a rear track bar bracket to reduce suspension bind

• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Requires minimum 20" diameter wheels.
