ICON Stage 4 3.0 Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 4 3.0 suspension system upgrades the Sequoia's ride and off-road capability with 3.0 Series CDEV remote reservoir front coilovers, matched rear remote reservoirs, revised geometry components, and dual-rate rear coils. Designed to deliver improved on- and off-road performance, increased wheel travel, active compression damping control, and the ability to accommodate aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

• 3.0 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs featuring CDE Valves for in-vehicle compression damping adjustment and improved shock cooling.
• Adjustable front ride height offering the ability to lift for larger tire fitment and proper stance.
• Increased piston and oil volume — 3.0 Series shocks provide greater piston surface area and internal oil capacity versus 2.5 Series for improved performance and heat dissipation.
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) reads terrain and makes near-instant compression damping adjustments via the CDEV at each shock; wireless control and configuration through the IIC app.
• Tubular front upper control arms correct front-end geometry, add caster, increase suspension clearance, and feature the Delta Joint PRO for serviceable, rebuildable ball joint articulation.
• Sway bar drop brackets reduce link bind and allow full suspension travel without overstressing OE components.
• Tubular adjustable rear upper and lower links constructed from DOM tubing with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings for increased articulation, reduced deflection, and on-vehicle adjustability.
• Dual-rate rear coil springs combine a softer ride rate with a firmer overload rate for on-road comfort and off-road bottoming resistance; designed for taller rear ride heights.
• Billet rear adjustable track bar with double adjuster rod end threads for easy on-vehicle centering of the axle and fine adjustment without disassembly.
• All ICON shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable to extend service life and tuneability for different driving conditions.

Key performance highlights

• Front lift range: Most submodels achieve approximately 3.0–4.25" over stock; TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro submodels typically see approximately 1.0–2.25" over stock.
• Rear lift: Most non-TRD Sequoia submodels gain about 4" over stock; TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro submodels gain about 2".
• Tire fitment: Supports up to 35" x 12.50" tires with minor fender trimming on compatible wheel/tire combinations.
• Recommended wheel offset: Approximately 25 mm offset for aftermarket wheels to achieve proper fitment and clearance.

• Shocks are fully serviceable and rebuildable.
• If the vehicle is equipped with automatic leveling headlights or load-leveling rear air suspension, additional components may be required for proper installation.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, a differential drop or upgraded axles are recommended to prevent front axle stress; this is not required for TRD Pro models.
• If the vehicle has a TRD aluminum skid plate, additional components may be required for fitment.
• ICON Intelligent Control app operation requires a compatible mobile device; iOS devices are supported for app operation.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
