The Stage 4 3.0 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades on-road and off-road capability with ICON 3.0 Series remote-reservoir coilovers, active compression damping, corrected front geometry, and rear suspension enhancements for improved articulation and fitment of larger tires up to 35x12.50".

• Vehicle specific design: Engineered for 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia.
• 3.0 Series front coilovers: Remote-reservoir coilovers with CDE valves provide superior damping, improved shock cooling, and increased piston surface area for better performance in both the ride zone and bump zone.
• Adjustable front ride height: Approximately 3.0–4.25" of lift over stock (varies by submodel and options) when used with the included tubular upper control arms; allows installation of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.
• Active compression control: ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) with Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) makes near-instant compression damping adjustments based on vehicle movement and user settings; system is configurable via the mobile app.
• Tubular upper control arms: Correct front-end geometry, add caster, increase suspension component clearance, and include the serviceable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel without binding.
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce sway bar link bind through suspension travel to allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• Tubular rear adjustable links: DOM tubing with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings for increased articulation, reduced deflection, and on-vehicle adjustability.
• Dual-rate rear coils: Softer primary rate with firmer overload rate for on-road comfort and off-road bottoming resistance; yields approximately 2" of rear lift on non-TRD Sequoia or no rear lift on TRD Off-Road-equipped models to maintain a level stance.
• Billet rear adjustable track bar: CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with double-adjuster rod end threads for easy on-vehicle centering of the axle and fine adjustment of track bar length.
• 3.0 Series rear shocks: Remote-reservoir rear shocks matched to the front coilovers, increased oil volume and heat dissipation, active CDE compression adjustment, and fully rebuildable design.

Notes

• OEM wheels and tires compatibility: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (5.75" backspace / 25mm offset) and 18x9" (6" backspace / 25mm offset).
• Recommended tire: 35x12.50" (minor fender trimming or modifications may be required).
• Shocks are fully serviceable and rebuildable.
• Advertised lift height ranges apply to stock-equipped vehicles; added vehicle weight (accessories, armor, etc.) will alter lift range.
• Most Sequoia submodels will see ~3.0–4.5" of front lift and ~2" of rear lift over stock; TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro submodels typically see ~1.0–2.5" front lift and remain at stock height in the rear.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS).
• Vehicles with automatic-leveling headlights or load-leveling rear air suspension require additional components or modifications for proper integration.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, a diff drop or appropriate axle modification is recommended to prevent front axle stress; this is not required for TRD Pro.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• If equipped with TRD aluminum skid plate, additional components or modifications may be required for fitment.
• An iOS device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app for wireless configuration and control.
