ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 3.0 Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The Stage 4 3.0 suspension system upgrades the Stage 2.5 platform with ICON 3.0 Series CDEV remote-reservoir front coilovers and a complete set of matched rear components to deliver improved on- and off-road performance. The system provides active electronic compression damping, increased shock cooling and travel, corrected front geometry, enhanced rear articulation, and a front lift height range to accommodate aggressive wheel and tire combinations up to 35" diameter.

• Billet adjustable rear upper and lower links with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings for increased articulation, reduced deflection, and on-vehicle length adjustability

• Billet rear adjustable track bar with on-vehicle double-adjuster capability to properly center the axle after lift

Technical highlights

• Front lift range (typical): Most submodels achieve approximately 3–4.25" front lift over stock; submodels with TRD Off-Road package or TRD Pro typically see approximately 1–2.25".
• Rear lift: Typical 4" rear lift on non-TRD Sequoia; approximately 2" rear lift on TRD Off-Road or TRD Pro models to maintain a level stance.
• Tire fitment: Supports up to 35 x 12.50 tires with minor fender trimming and/or modifications.
• Recommended wheel offset: Approximately 25 mm offset for proper fitment with this kit.
• Shock travel: Vehicle-specific shock lengths maximize travel (significant increase over stock, improving control at the extremes of off-road use).
• Installation considerations: Some vehicle configurations (auto-leveling headlights, load-leveling rear air systems, adaptive suspensions, or certain skid plates) may require additional hardware or modifications. Heavier vehicle accessories will affect advertised lift ranges.
