ICON Stage 4 3.0 Complete Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 4 3.0 suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades ride control and off-road capability with vehicle-specific 3.0 Series components, active compression damping, improved geometry, and increased front lift range to accommodate larger tires while maintaining street manners.

• Vehicle fitment: Designed specifically for 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia.
• 3.0 Series front coilovers (remote reservoir): CDEV-equipped coilovers with increased piston surface area and multi-stage hydraulic bump zone for superior bottom-out resistance and improved heat dissipation.
• Adjustable front ride height: Up to approximately 3–4.25" of lift over stock when used with the included billet front upper control arms; submodel-specific ranges may be reduced on certain factory packages.
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) with CDE valves: Onboard sensors and compression damping electronic valves provide near-instant, active compression damping adjustments; wireless control via the IIC app.
• Billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs): Corrected front-end geometry with increased camber and caster adjustment; improve suspension clearance and drivability. UCAs include the Delta Joint Pro for full articulation without bind.
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce link bind through suspension travel to allow full wheel movement without overstressing OE components.
• Billet rear adjustable upper and lower links: CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings for increased articulation, reduced deflection, and on-vehicle adjustability using ICON’s double-adjuster system.
• Dual-rate rear coils: Softer ride spring with firmer overload rate for on-road comfort, bottoming resistance, and off-road performance; yields approximately 2" rear lift on non-TRD Sequoia and 0" rear lift on Sequoia equipped with the TRD Off-Road package to maintain a level stance.
• Billet rear adjustable track bar: CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with on-vehicle fine adjustment to center the axle after lift.
• 3.0 Series rear remote reservoir shocks: Increased piston area, internal oil volume, and remote reservoirs for improved cooling, reduced fade, and balanced tune with the front coilovers; equipped with CDE valves for active compression adjustment.
• Serviceability: All ICON shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable; UCAs use serviceable, rebuildable joints.

Key performance benefits: Improved on- and off-road performance, increased suspension travel and articulation, enhanced stability at extreme use, and refined on-road manners thanks to matched front and rear damping and vehicle-specific component lengths.

Recommended wheel & tire guidance: Supports larger wheel and tire combinations — fitment up to 35" x 12.50" may be possible with minor fender trimming and modifications. Suggested aftermarket wheel dimensions (backspace/offset may vary per application).

Notes

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; adding vehicle accessories or weight may alter achieved lift ranges.
• Most Sequoia submodels will realize approximately 3–4.5" front lift and 2" rear lift over stock. Sequoia models with the TRD Off-Road package or TRD Pro typically see reduced front lift (approximately 1–2.5") and remain at stock rear height.
• Some vehicle options require additional components for compatibility (examples: auto-leveling headlights, load-leveling rear height control air suspension, TRD aluminum skid plate). Additional parts may be required depending on factory equipment.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles and certain load-leveling air suspension configurations.
• For some 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, a differential drop or other drivetrain accommodations are recommended to avoid front axle stress.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.
