ICON Stage 3 3.0 Complete Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The Stage 3 3.0 suspension system upgrades the Stage 12 2.5 platform with ICON 3.0 Series CDEV remote-reservoir front coilovers and a full complement of front and rear chassis components to improve on- and off-road performance, increase suspension travel, and provide a proper stance for up to 35" tires.

• 3.0 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers with CDE Valves — larger piston area for improved damping, superior shock cooling, and a multi-stage hydraulic Bump Zone for increased bottom-out resistance.
• Adjustable front ride height — roughly 3–4.25" lift over stock on most submodels when used with ICON tubular front upper control arms, permitting larger tire and wheel combinations.
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) with CDEV — onboard sensors and active compression-damping valves make near-instantaneous adjustments; system configurable and controllable via the IIC app.
• Maximum shock travel — vehicle-specific shock lengths increase available travel (up to ~40% over stock) for enhanced stability at extreme off-road use and improved on-road dynamics.
• Tubular front upper control arms — correct front-end geometry with added caster, improved component clearance, and serviceable Delta Joint PRO to eliminate bind and allow full bump/droop travel.
• Sway bar drop brackets — minimize link bind and allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• Tubular adjustable rear links — 1-3/4" DOM tubing with corrosion-resistant finish, PTFE-lined rod ends, and multi-durometer bushings for improved articulation and reduced maintenance.
• Dual-rate rear coil springs — softer ride-rate with firmer overload rate for on-road comfort and off-road bottoming resistance; designed for taller rear ride heights.
• ICON billet rear adjustable track bar — CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with on-vehicle fine adjustment to properly center the axle after lift.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks with CDEV — larger-diameter shocks with remote reservoirs and internal Bump Zone for improved rear damping and balanced front-to-rear control.
• Fully serviceable components — ICON shock absorbers are rebuildable and re-tunable; many suspension components are serviceable or rebuildable for long-term use.

• Typical lift ranges: most submodels achieve approximately 3–4.25" front lift and 4" rear lift over stock. Sequoia models with TRD Off‑Road package or TRD Pro typically achieve ~1–2.25" front lift and ~2" rear lift.
