ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 3.0

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 3.0 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia enhances on- and off-road performance with active electronic compression damping, improved alignment range, increased articulation, and front-end lift height for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires.

System highlights

• Vehicle-specific 3.0 Series front remote-reservoir coilovers with CDEV (Compression Damping Electronic Valve) for active, near-instant compression damping adjustment and improved shock cooling.
• Adjustable front ride height — approximately 3.0–4.25" over stock on non-TRD models when used with the included billet upper control arms; shorter ranges apply to TRD-equipped models.
• Increased piston area and internal Bump Zone for stronger bottom-out resistance and improved control over severe impacts.
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) reads terrain and automatically adjusts compression damping via the CDEV system; wireless control and configuration through the IIC app.
• Billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs) with serviceable Delta Joint PRO for corrected front geometry, on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment, and full bump/droop travel without binding.
• Sway bar drop brackets to reduce link bind and allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• CNC-machined billet aluminum adjustable rear upper and lower links with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings for increased articulation, reduced deflection, and on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment.
• Dual-rate rear coil springs provide a compliant ride with firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance; designed for taller rear ride heights.
• Billet rear adjustable track bar with double-adjuster rod end threads for on-vehicle centering of the axle and easy fine adjustment.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks with CDEV for balanced front-to-rear damping, remote reservoir cooling, and an internal Bump Zone for added bottom-out control.
• All shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
• Typical lift ranges: non-TRD Sequoia — front ~3.0–4.25" and rear ~4.0"; TRD Off-Road / TRD Pro-equipped Sequoia — front ~1.0–2.25" and rear ~2.0% (rear lift ~2.0").
• Fits up to 35" x 12.50" tires (minor fender trimming or modifications may be required).
• Some vehicle options require additional hardware: automatic-leveling headlights or load-leveling rear air suspension require part 55153; certain TRD skid plate configurations require part 55164; 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package may require a diff drop (part 55156) or appropriate axle provisions to prevent front axle damage (not required for TRD Pro).
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) and specific air-suspension configurations as noted above.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app for wireless configuration and control.
