ICON Stage 3 3.0 Complete Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 3 3.0 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades ride control, articulation, and vehicle stance with ICON 3.0 Series CDEV remote-reservoir front coilovers, matched rear tuning, and a full complement of billet aluminum control components. This system provides active electronic compression damping, increased shock cooling and travel, improved alignment range, and front lift height adjustability to support up to 35" tires with proper fitment.

• Vehicle fitment: Designed specifically for 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia.
• Front coilovers: 3.0 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers with Compression Damping Electronic Valves (CDEV) for active damping and improved heat dissipation.
• Adjustable front ride height: Approximately 3.0"–4.25" of front lift over stock (varies by submodel and options).
• Rear tuning: Dual-rate rear coils tuned for on-road comfort and off-road bottoming resistance — provides 2" rear lift on non-TRD Sequoia or stock rear height with TRD Off-Road package.

• Serviceable and tunable: All ICON shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Tire & wheel fitment: Supports up to 35" x 12.50" tires with minor fender trimming; recommended aftermarket wheel offset approximately 25 mm. ICON alloy wheel recommendations available for optimized fitment.

The Stage 3 system maximizes shock travel and stability by increasing piston surface area and incorporating a multi-stage Bump Zone for exponential bottom-out resistance. ICON’s vehicle-specific shock lengths yield substantially more travel compared to stock, improving stability and control on extreme off-road terrain while enhancing on-road comfort and responsiveness.

Billet aluminum control arms and adjustable link kits correct front-end geometry, increase camber and caster adjustment range, and improve component clearance. The serviceable Delta Joint PRO replaces the OE ball joint to eliminate bind while allowing full suspension articulation. Rear link geometry and bushings are optimized for quiet operation and long-term durability without routine greasing.

Installation considerations and fitment notes

• Shocks are fully serviceable; advertised lift heights refer to a stock-equipped vehicle and can change with added vehicle accessories or weight.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If the vehicle is equipped with automatic leveling headlights or load-leveling rear air suspension, additional components may be required for proper integration.
• For certain 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, a differential drop or appropriate axle configuration is recommended to avoid front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro.
• If the vehicle is fitted with a TRD aluminum skid plate, additional hardware may be required for compatibility.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app for wireless configuration and control.
• Most Sequoia submodels will see front lift ranges near 3.0"–4.5" over stock and approximately 2" rear lift on non-TRD models. Submodels with the TRD Off-Road Package and TRD Pro typically see 1.0"–2.5" front lift and remain at stock height in the rear.
