ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 3.0 Complete Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 3.0 suspension system upgrades the Sequoia with 3.0 Series remote reservoir shocks and CDCV front coilovers for improved on- and off-road performance. This complete system includes tubular front upper control arms, billet rear upper/lower link combo, sway bar drop brackets, adjustable rear track bar, and dual-rate rear coil springs to provide increased travel, better alignment, and a level stance for larger tires.

• Vehicle-specific design for 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia
• 3.0 Series front CDCV coilovers with remote reservoirs for superior damping, shock cooling, and up to 3–4.25" of front lift over stock when used with the tubular front upper control arms (shorter ranges for some submodels)
• 3.0 Series remote reservoir rear shocks with increased piston surface area and oil volume for improved heat dissipation, resistance to shock fade, and matched front-to-rear control
• Externally adjustable CDC Valves on all shocks — 10 levels of compression damping adjustment
• Tubular front upper control arms to correct front-end geometry, add caster, increase clearance, and incorporate the serviceable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel
• Sway bar drop brackets to reduce link bind and allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components
• Tubular rear upper and lower links constructed from DOM tubing with PTFE-lined rod ends, adjustable length, and multi-durometer bushings for improved articulation and reduced maintenance
• Dual-rate rear coil springs delivering on-road comfort with strong bottoming resistance; designed to provide a level stance front-to-rear
• Billet rear adjustable track bar with on-vehicle double-adjuster threads for easy centering of the rear axle
• All shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable

Key specifications

• Typical front lift range: 3–4.25" over stock on most Sequoia submodels
• Typical rear lift: 4" over stock on non-TRD Sequoia
• TRD Off-Road / TRD Pro submodels: front lift ~1–2.25", rear lift ~2"
• Maximum recommended tire: 35 x 12.50 (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required)
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: ~25 mm

Notes

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
• For vehicles equipped with automatic leveling headlights or load-leveling rear height control air suspension, part 55153 is also required.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear height control air suspension.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, use a diff drop (part 55156) or Toyota TRD axles (434200C020 driver / 434100C020 passenger) to avoid potential front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, part 55164 is also required.
• Most Sequoia submodels will have front lift height range of 3–4.25" over stock and 4" rear lift. Submodels with TRD Off-Road Package and TRD Pro will have a front lift height range of 1–2.25" over stock and 2" rear lift. If shorter rear ride heights are desired, consider kit K53252T.
