ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 3.0 Complete Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 3.0 complete suspension system upgrades the Sequoia with remote-reservoir 3.0 Series shocks and CDXS front coilovers to provide improved on- and off-road performance, expanded ride height range, and better alignment for aggressive wheel and tire fitment.

This kit pairs 3.0 Series CDXS remote-reservoir front coilovers with matched 3.0 Series remote-reservoir rear shocks to deliver increased shock travel, greater heat dissipation, and independent high- and low-speed compression adjustments. The coilovers offer substantial lift adjustability when used with the included tubular upper control arms, allowing for larger wheel and tire combinations while maintaining stable on-road manners and controlled off-road performance.

The system includes strengthened front and rear suspension components: tubular front upper control arms with the serviceable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel, tubular rear upper and lower links with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings for improved articulation and reduced deflection, a billet adjustable rear track bar for axle centering, sway bar drop brackets to reduce link bind, and dual-rate rear coil springs that balance on-road comfort with off-road bottoming resistance.

  • Vehicle-specific design for 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia
  • 3.0 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs and CDXS for superior damping and shock cooling
  • Adjustable front ride height: approximately 3.0"–4.25" over stock (varies by submodel and equipment)
  • All shocks equipped with CDXS — independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment (10 detented settings each)
  • Tubular upper control arms for added strength, improved alignment, and increased suspension clearance
  • Delta Joint PRO ball joint design for serviceability and full articulation without bind
  • Sway bar drop brackets to minimize link bind and allow full wheel travel
  • Tubular rear links with PTFE-lined rod ends and maintenance-free bushings for improved articulation and pinion angle adjustment
  • Dual-rate rear coil springs provide a softer ride with a firmer overload rate; yields approximately 2" rear lift on non-TRD models and 0" on TRD Off-Road models to maintain a level stance
  • On-vehicle adjustable billet rear track bar for precise axle centering and easy length adjustment
  • All ICON shocks are rebuildable and re-tunable

Key performance improvements: increased shock travel and surface area for improved heat dissipation and fade resistance, enhanced bottom-out protection via multi-stage bump-valve behavior, and tunable compression for dialing in handling response and overall ride aggressiveness.

Fitment & wheel/tire guidance: OEM wheels and tires fitment: yes. Recommended tire size up to 35 x 12.50 (minor fender trimming or modifications may be required). Recommended aftermarket wheel offset around +25 mm.

Notes:

  • Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights referenced are for stock-equipped vehicles; added vehicle weight from accessories will affect actual lift range.
  • Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear height control air suspension.
  • Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
  • Some configurations (for example, vehicles with automatic leveling headlights or certain skid plates) may require additional components for proper fitment.
  • Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
  • Typical lift ranges by submodel: most Sequoia submodels see approximately 3.0"–4.5" front lift and 2" rear lift; TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro submodels typically see 1.0"–2.5" front lift and remain at stock height in the rear.
