ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 3.0 Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The Stage 2 3.0 suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades to 3.0 Series remote reservoir shocks and CDCV front coilovers to deliver improved on- and off-road performance, greater shock cooling capacity, and expanded ride-height adjustability. The kit includes tubular front upper control arms, billet rear upper/lower links, a front sway bar drop kit, an adjustable rear track bar, and dual-rate rear coil springs for a balanced ride and enhanced articulation.

• Vehicle-specific design: Engineered for 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia for optimized fit and maximum travel.
• 3.0 Series front coilovers with CDC Valves: Remote-reservoir coilovers with externally adjustable CDC valves offering 10 compression settings and increased piston surface area for improved damping and bottom-out resistance.
• Adjustable front ride height: Front lift adjustability up to approximately 3.0–4.25" (varies by submodel and configuration); some submodels may achieve up to 4.5".
• Tubular front upper control arms: Correct front-end geometry, increase caster, improve component clearance, and feature the serviceable Delta Joint Pro for full bump and droop travel without bind.
• Front sway bar drop brackets: Reduce sway bar link bind throughout suspension travel to allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• Tubular rear upper and lower links: 1-3/4" DOM tubing with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings for improved articulation, reduced deflection, length adjustability, and corrosion resistance.
• Dual-rate rear coils: Softer ride-rate with a firmer overload rate for on-road comfort and off-road bottoming resistance. Provides approximately 2" of rear lift on non‑TRD Sequoias and 0" rear lift on Sequoias equipped with the TRD Off‑Road package to maintain a level stance.
• Billet adjustable rear track bar: CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with double-adjuster rod ends for on-vehicle centering and fine length adjustment.
• 3.0 Series rear remote reservoir shocks: Increased piston area, greater oil volume, improved heat dissipation and CDC valve adjustment for matched front/rear tuning and reduced shock fade under hard use.
• Rebuildable and re-tunable: All shock absorbers in the system are serviceable and rebuildable for long-term maintenance and tuning.

Recommended wheel & tire fitment: Fits up to 35" x 12.50" tires with minor fender trimming and modifications. Common recommended wheel sizes include 17x8.5" and 18x9" with approximately 25 mm offset.

Performance summary: Increased stability, greater travel, improved bottoming resistance, and balanced vehicle control across demanding off-road terrain while retaining improved on-road manners.

Notes:

• Most Sequoia submodels will realize approximately 3–4.5" of front lift and 2" of rear lift over stock. Submodels equipped with the TRD Off‑Road package and TRD Pro typically see 1–2.5" front lift and remain at stock rear height.
• Dual-rate rear coil springs provide ~2" rear lift on non‑TRD Sequoia models and 0" rear lift on TRD Off‑Road models.
• Fits up to 35" x 12.50" tires; minor fender trimming or modifications may be required for full clearance.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS).
• If the vehicle is equipped with automatic leveling headlights or Load‑Leveling Rear Height Control air suspension, part number 55153 is required.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package, ICON recommends using the differential drop or Toyota TRD axles to prevent front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro models. (Part references: 55156 or Toyota TRD axle numbers.)
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, part number 55164 is required.
• Increasing vehicle weight from accessories will alter advertised lift ranges.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; internal settings and valving are adjustable for tuning to vehicle use and load.
