ICON Stage 2 3.0 Suspension — 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 2 3.0 suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades the Stage 1 platform with 3.0 Series remote-reservoir rear shocks and 3.0 Series CDCV remote-reservoir front coilovers to deliver improved on- and off-road performance, greater shock cooling, and a wider lift height range for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires. The system includes billet front upper control arms, billet rear upper/lower link combo, sway bar drop brackets, an adjustable rear track bar, and dual-rate rear coil springs for a balanced, capable ride.

Front suspension: 3.0 Series CDCV remote-reservoir front coilovers provide externally adjustable compression (10 settings) and offer greater piston surface area and increased travel compared to 2.5 Series units, translating to improved bottoming resistance, stability, and on-road comfort.

Rear suspension: 3.0 Series remote-reservoir rear shocks with CDC Valves increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist shock fade under hard use. The dual-rate rear coil springs provide a compliant ride with strong overload control and are available to yield 4" of rear lift on non-TRD Sequoia models or 2" of rear lift on TRD Off-Road / TRD Pro models for a level stance.

Control arms & links: CNC-machined billet aluminum front upper control arms correct front-end geometry and provide increased camber and caster adjustability. The ICON Delta Joint Pro ball joint is serviceable and rebuildable, allowing full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind. Billet adjustable rear upper and lower links with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings increase articulation, reduce deflection, and allow on-vehicle pinion angle and length adjustment.

Sway bar & track bar: Included sway bar drop brackets reduce link bind and allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components. The billet rear adjustable track bar centers the axle on lifted vehicles and features on-vehicle fine adjustment via double adjuster rod end threads.

Compatibility & important considerations:

• Shocks are fully serviceable; advertised lift heights are for stock-equipped vehicles and will change with added vehicle weight or accessories.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Some configurations with automatic leveling headlights or load-leveling rear air suspension require an additional module or component for compatibility; other load-leveling air suspension systems may be incompatible.
• 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package may require a differential drop or use of reinforced axles to prevent front axle damage; review vehicle configuration before installation.
• If equipped with a TRD aluminum skid plate, an additional component may be required for proper fitment.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
