ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 3.0 Suspension — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The Stage 2 3.0 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades to 3.0 Series remote reservoir rear shocks and 3.0 Series CDXS front coilovers to deliver improved on- and off-road performance, increased shock cooling, and a greater lift height range to accept up to 35" tires. The kit includes billet front upper control arms, billet rear upper/lower adjustable links, a front sway bar drop kit, an adjustable rear track bar, and dual-rate rear coil springs for a balanced ride and enhanced durability.

• Adjustable front ride height up to 3.0–4.25" over stock (varies by submodel and options)
• 3.0 Series rear remote reservoir shocks with increased internal oil volume and heat dissipation; matched tune with front coilovers
• Billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs) — corrected front geometry, increased camber/caster adjustment, and serviceable Delta Joint PRO
• Sway bar drop brackets — reduce link bind and allow full wheel travel
• Billet CNC-machined rear upper/lower adjustable links — PTFE-lined rod ends, multi-durometer bushings, and on-vehicle length adjustment
• Dual-rate rear coil springs — softer ride with firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance and off-road control
• Billet rear adjustable track bar — on-vehicle fine adjustment to properly center the axle
• All shocks fully rebuildable and re-tunable

Performance highlights: 3.0 Series shocks provide up to 50% more piston surface area in the ride zone and 100% in the bump zone compared to 2.5 Series, plus multi-stage hydraulic bump resistance for improved bottom-out control and increased travel (up to 40% over stock on vehicle-specific shocks).

Recommended wheel and tire fitment: Accepts up to 35" x 12.50" tires with minor fender trimming/modifications. Recommended aftermarket wheel offset ~25 mm. Example wheel fitments: 17"x8.5" (5.75" backspace) and 18"x9" (6" backspace).

Included hardware and serviceability: Billet aluminum components are CNC machined and anodized for corrosion resistance. UCAs use the serviceable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel. Shock absorbers are rebuildable and re-tunable.

Notes:

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle. Increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
• Most Sequoia submodels will have a front lift height range of 3–4.25" over stock and 4" of rear lift over stock. Submodels equipped with the TRD Off-Road Package and TRD Pro will have a front lift height range of 1–2.25" over stock and 2" of rear lift over stock. If shorter rear ride heights are desired, consider kit part number K53252D.
• If equipped with automatic leveling headlights or Load‑Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension, part 55153 is also required.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load‑Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package, use ICON Diff Drop part 55156 or Toyota TRD axles (434200C020 driver / 434100C020 passenger). Failure to do so could result in front axle damage. Not required for TRD Pro.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, part 55164 is also required.
• Recommended tire fitment up to 35"x12.50" (minor fender trimming may be required).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset is approximately 25 mm.
• Additional recommended/required part references: 55153, 55156, 55164 (as applicable per vehicle configuration).
