ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 3.0 Complete Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 2 3.0 complete suspension system for the 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia builds on the Stage 1 platform with upgraded 3.0 Series remote reservoir rear shocks and 3.0 Series CDXS remote reservoir front coilovers. This kit improves on- and off-road performance with adjustable compression damping, increased shock cooling capacity, broadened lift height range for proper stance, and support for aggressive wheel and tire combinations.

The 3.0 Series coilovers provide increased piston surface area and multi-stage hydraulic bump control for improved bottom-out resistance. ICON’s CDXS (Compression Damping Dual Speed) valves allow independent low- and high-speed compression adjustment with 10 detented settings each. Vehicle-specific shock lengths maximize travel for better control in extreme off-road conditions while also improving on-road stability.

• Front coilovers: 3.0 Series CDXS remote reservoir coilovers with up to 3–4.25" of adjustable front lift when used with ICON billet front upper control arms
• Rear shocks: 3.0 Series remote reservoir shocks with increased piston area, greater oil volume, improved heat dissipation, and CDXS adjustment
• Front control arms: Billet aluminum upper control arms with serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel and improved camber/caster adjustment
• Rear links: Billet aluminum adjustable upper/lower rear links with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings for articulation and noise-free operation
• Sway bar: Sway bar drop brackets reduce link bind and allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components
• Rear springs: Dual-rate rear coils provide comfort with overload bottoming resistance and yield either 2" of rear lift on non-TRD Sequoia or 0" on TRD Off-Road-equipped Sequoia to achieve a level stance
• Adjustable track bar: Billet rear adjustable track bar allows on-vehicle centering of the axle and fine-length adjustment
• Serviceability: All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated apply to a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight with accessories will alter lift range.
• Submodel lift expectations: most Sequoia submodels will have front lift of approximately 3–4.5" and 2" rear lift over stock. Sequoia submodels with the TRD Off-Road Package and TRD Pro typically see a front lift of about 1–2.5" and remain at stock rear height.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• If the vehicle is equipped with auto-leveling headlights or load-leveling rear air suspension, additional components or provisions may be required for proper fitment.
• Installation requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: approximately 25 mm.
• Tire fitment: supports up to 35 x 12.50 tires with minor fender trimming or modifications.
