ICON Stage 1 3.0 Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The Stage 1 3.0 suspension system upgrades the 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia with ICON 3.0 Series front coilovers and a matched rear suspension package for improved on- and off-road performance. The system delivers adjustable compression damping, increased shock travel, corrected suspension geometry, and lift capacity to fit up to 35" tires with proper fitment.

• Complete kit: 3.0 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers with CDXS and 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks.
• Adjustable lift: Front ride height adjustability typically from 3.0"–4.25" over stock on non-TRD models (approximately 1.0"–2.25" on TRD Off-Road/TRD Pro submodels); rear lift options of approximately 4" on non-TRD or 2" on TRD Off-Road/TRD Pro for a level stance.
• Advanced damping: CDXS (Compression Damping Dual Speed) provides independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment with multiple detented settings for precise tuning.
• Increased travel and bottom-out control: Larger 3.0 Series piston area and multi-stage Bump Zone increase bottom-out resistance and yield greater usable travel (up to ~40% increase over stock in some applications).
• Front geometry correction: Tubular upper control arms restore proper alignment and caster, improve component clearance, and pair with the serviceable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel without bind.
• Rear suspension components: Tubular adjustable upper and lower links with PTFE-lined rod ends for increased articulation and reduced deflection, plus a billet adjustable rear track bar for axle centering.
• Dual-rate rear coils: Softer primary rate for on-road comfort with a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance.

• Rebuildable shocks: All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Wheel & tire compatibility: Supports up to 35" x 12.50" tires (minor fender trimming or modifications may be required). Recommended wheel offset around 25mm; common wheel sizes used are 17x8.5 and 18x9.
