ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 3.0 Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

This complete Stage 1 3.0 suspension system upgrades the Sequoia with ICON 3.0 Series remote reservoir front coilovers and 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks, plus tubular upper control arms, billet rear links, adjustable rear track bar, dual-rate rear coils, and sway bar drop brackets for improved on- and off-road performance, increased suspension travel, and fitment for up to 35" tires.

• Front shocks: ICON 3.0 Series remote reservoir coilovers with CDXS (Compression Damping Dual Speed) offering independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment (10 detented settings each)
• Rear shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks with internal Bump Zone and CDXS for matched damping and improved cooling under heavy use
• Adjustable lift: Front ride height adjustable up to approximately 3–4.25" over stock (varies by submodel and options)
• Rear lift: Dual-rate rear coils providing either ~2" rear lift on non-TRD Sequoia or 0" on TRD Off-Road-equipped Sequoia to maintain a level stance
• Increased travel: Vehicle-specific shock lengths yield significantly more travel (up to ~40% increase over stock)
• Front geometry correction: Tubular upper control arms with built-in caster correction and ICON Delta Joint PRO (serviceable/rebuildable) for full bump/droop travel and reduced binding
• Rear linkage: Tubular adjustable rear upper and lower links with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings for articulation and on-vehicle length adjustment
• Track bar: Billet adjustable rear track bar for axle centering with double adjuster threads for fine on-vehicle adjustment

Notes:

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle; added vehicle weight (accessories, armor, etc.) will alter lift range.
• Most Sequoia submodels achieve approximately 3–4.25" front lift and 2" rear lift over stock. Sequoia models with TRD Off-Road Package or TRD Pro typically achieve ~1–2.25" front lift and remain at stock rear height.
• If taller rear ride heights are desired, consider the alternate kit designed for increased rear lift.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• If the vehicle is equipped with automatic leveling headlights or load‑leveling rear height control air suspension, additional components are required for proper installation.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, a differential drop or appropriate axle solution is recommended to avoid potential front axle stress; this is not required for TRD Pro models.
• If equipped with TRD aluminum skid plate, an additional component is required to accommodate this kit.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Minor fender trimming and other fitment modifications may be required for larger tires.
