ICON Stage 1 3.0 Suspension System

The ICON Stage 1 3.0 suspension system upgrades vehicle dynamics for both on- and off-road use by combining ICON 3.0 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers with 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks, billet aluminum control arms and links, dual-rate rear coil springs, adjustable rear track bar, and sway bar drop brackets. The package delivers increased wheel travel, adjustable compression damping, and improved alignment and suspension geometry for better stability, control, and fitment of larger tires.

• 3.0 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs: Larger-diameter shocks provide greater piston surface area in the ride and bump zones, increasing bottom-out resistance and overall control. Coilovers feature ICON Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) with independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment (10 detented settings each) and offer significant travel increase over stock.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks: Tuned to complement the front coilovers, these shocks include remote reservoirs for improved cooling and consistent damping under heavy use, an internal bump zone for increased bottoming resistance, and CDXS compression adjustment.
• Billet aluminum front upper control arms: Correct front-end geometry, provide on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment, and replace the OE ball joint with a serviceable, rebuildable joint for full bump and droop travel without binding.
• Billet adjustable rear upper and lower links: CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings for increased articulation, reduced deflection, and on-vehicle length adjustment.
• Dual-rate rear coil springs: Combine a softer ride-rate with a firmer overload rate to deliver on-road comfort with strong bottoming resistance and improved off-road performance, designed for taller rear ride heights.
• Billet adjustable rear track bar: CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with double-adjuster threads for easy on-vehicle centering of the axle and fine adjustment of track bar length.
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce sway bar link bind through suspension travel to allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• Fully rebuildable and re-tunable shocks: All ICON shock absorbers in the system are serviceable for long-term performance and customization.

• Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Advertised lift heights are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
• Lift ranges (typical): on standard stock vehicles the front lift is approximately 3.0–4.25" and the rear lift is approximately 4.0"; on vehicles with a factory off-road suspension package the front lift is approximately 1.0–2.25" and the rear lift is approximately 2.0".
• Tire fitment: up to 35" x 12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: approximately 25 mm; recommended wheel sizes include 17x8.5" and 18x9".
• May not be compatible with vehicles equipped with load‑leveling rear air suspension or certain adaptive suspension systems—verify factory options prior to purchase.
• Some 4WD models without a factory off-road package may require additional driveline or clearance modifications to prevent front axle or driveline issues.
• If the vehicle is equipped with auto-leveling headlights or other factory leveling systems, additional parts or procedures may be required for proper installation.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
