ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 12 Suspension System

The ICON Stage 12 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia enhances on- and off-road performance with electronic compression damping, upgraded geometry components, and increased lift for up to 35" tires. ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) reads terrain and adjusts the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each shock for near-instant, active damping changes. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and cooling to resist overheating and damper fade under hard use.

• Vehicle fitment: Designed specifically for 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia.
• Front coilovers: V.S. 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers with CDEV; larger 2.5" shock body and increased piston area for up to 40% more travel versus stock.
• Adjustable front lift: Front ride height adjustable approximately 3"–4.5" over stock (varies by submodel and equipment).
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC): Active, in-vehicle compression damping adjustment via the IIC app and onboard sensors.
• Tubular upper control arms (UCAs): Corrects front-end geometry, adds caster, increases suspension clearance and features the Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel with 90° total articulation.
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce link bind and allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• Rear links: Tubular adjustable upper and lower rear links with PTFE-lined FK rod ends, multi-durometer bushings, and corrosion-resistant finish for improved articulation and pinion angle adjustment.
• Rear coils: Dual-rate rear coil springs providing a comfortable on-road ride with firm overload resistance; yield approximately 4" rear lift (non-TRD) or 2" rear lift (TRD Off-Road / TRD Pro) for a level stance.
• Rear track bar: Billet adjustable rear track bar for axle centering with double-adjuster rod end threads for on-vehicle fine adjustment; CNC machined from 6061 aluminum.
• Rear shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks with CDEV, internal Bump Zone for extra damping on hard bottom-outs, matched to the front coilovers for balanced control.
• Serviceability: All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Wheel & tire guidance: Recommended tire up to 35" x 12.50" (minor fender trimming may be required). Recommended aftermarket wheel offsets around 25 mm. Recommended wheel sizes include 17x8.5" (5.75" backspace) and 18x9" (6" backspace).

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight from accessories will alter lift range.
• Tundra/Sequoia equipped with automatic leveling headlights or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension require an additional mounting component (part 55153) for compatibility.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, a differential drop (part 55156) or Toyota TRD axles is recommended to prevent front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, an additional part (part 55164) is required.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.
• Typical lift ranges by submodel: most Sequoia submodels—front ~3"–4.5" and rear ~4" over stock; TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro submodels—front ~1"–2.5" and rear ~2" over stock. For shorter rear ride heights, consider alternate kit options.
