ICON Stage 12 Complete Suspension System — 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 12 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia adds billet rear links and a billet rear track bar to deliver improved on- and off-road performance, greater articulation, and expanded lift height range for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires. The system features ICON’s Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each shock with ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) for near-instant, active compression damping adjustment via a smartphone app.

The kit includes VS 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers with CDEV that provide up to 3–4.5" of adjustable front lift (depending on submodel and options when used with ICON billet front upper control arms). The larger 2.5" shock body, increased piston area and vehicle-specific valving increase travel (up to a ~40% increase over stock), improve ride quality, and resist overheating and cavitation during extended hard use.

Included tubular upper control arms correct front geometry and add caster while improving component clearance. The OE ball joint is replaced with the serviceable ICON Delta Joint PRO to allow full bump and droop without bind. Sway bar drop brackets reduce link bind through travel to allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.

The adjustable tubular rear upper and lower links are built from heavy DOM tubing with PTFE-lined rod ends and maintenance-free multi-durometer bushings for increased articulation, reduced deflection, and on-vehicle length adjustability. Dual-rate rear coils combine a compliant ride-height spring with a firmer overload rate to deliver on-road comfort, bottoming resistance and capable off-road performance, yielding 2" of rear lift on non-TRD Sequoia or 0" rear lift on TRD Off-Road-equipped Sequoia for a level stance.

A billet CNC-machined 6061 aluminum rear adjustable track bar provides easy on-vehicle fine adjustment to properly center the axle after lift. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks with CDEV match the front tune, include remote reservoirs for improved cooling and consistent damping, and feature an internal Bump Zone that increases damping force for hard bottom outs. All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

Notes

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes. Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" (25mm offset) or 18x9" (25mm offset).
• Recommended tire size: 35" x 12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Advertised lift heights are for a stock-equipped vehicle; added vehicle weight from accessories will alter lift range.
• Some vehicle configurations require additional parts (examples: 55153, 55156, 55164) depending on options such as auto-leveling headlights, TRD skid plates, or suspension packages.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load‑Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension or Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) unless otherwise noted.
