The Stage 12 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia builds on the Stage 11 platform with billet rear links and track bar, active electronic shock damping, improved alignment and articulation, and increased front lift to properly fit up to 35" tires. ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) monitors vehicle dynamics and adjusts the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each shock for near-instant damping changes; the system can be configured and controlled via the IIC app and operates automatically once set.

• Vehicle-specific design for 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia.
• 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers with CDEV — larger 2.5" shock body and increased piston area for increased travel (up to 40% over stock), superior ride quality, and improved shock cooling.
• Adjustable front ride height — allows up to approximately 3–4.5" of lift over stock when used with ICON billet front upper control arms to accommodate larger wheel and tire combinations.
• Active damping control — CDEV technology enables in-vehicle compression damping adjustment and active tuning via ICON Intelligent Control (IIC).
• Billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs) — correct front-end geometry, increased camber/caster adjustment, improved component clearance, and serviceable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel.
• Sway bar drop brackets — reduce sway bar link bind and allow full suspension travel without overstressing OE components.
• Billet CNC-machined rear upper and lower links — 6061 aluminum with PTFE-lined rod ends and ICON double adjuster system for on-vehicle length adjustment, improved articulation, and reduced deflection.
• Dual-rate rear coil springs — softer ride rate with firmer overload rate for on-road comfort and off-road bottoming resistance; yields roughly 2" rear lift on non-TRD Sequoia or 0" on Sequoia equipped with the TRD Off-Road package.
• Billet rear adjustable track bar — CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with double adjuster threads for on-vehicle centering of the axle.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks with CDEV — matched to the front coilovers for balanced vehicle control; include internal Bump Zone for increased damping on hard bottom-outs.
• Rebuildable and re-tunable shocks — all ICON shock absorbers are serviceable for long-term performance and tuning.

Wheel & tire fitment: Supports up to 35" x 12.50" tires (minor fender trimming or modifications may be required). Recommended aftermarket wheel offset ~25 mm for proper fitment.

Notes

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Advertised lift heights apply to stock-equipped vehicles; increasing vehicle weight (accessories, armor, cargo) will alter lift range.
• Typical lift ranges: most Sequoia submodels gain approximately 3–4.5" front lift and 2" rear lift over stock. Sequoia models with the TRD Off-Road package or TRD Pro typically see 1–2.5" front lift and remain at stock height in the rear.
• May require additional parts or modifications for vehicles equipped with automatic leveling headlights, load-leveling rear air suspension, TRD skid plates, Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS), or certain 4WD configurations; consult manufacturer recommendations for specific vehicle options.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app requires an iOS-operated device to configure and control electronic damping settings.
