ICON Stage 11 Suspension System — 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 11 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades on- and off-road performance with CDEV-equipped 2.5 Series front coilovers and 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks. The system provides active electronic compression-damping adjustment via ICON Intelligent Control (IIC), improved alignment geometry, and increased front lift range for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires. Once configured, the system can make near-instant damping adjustments automatically.

The vehicle-specific front VS 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers offer increased piston area, greater travel (up to 40% more than stock), and adjustable ride height. Remote reservoirs increase oil capacity and cooling to resist overheating and damper fade under heavy use. Front ride height adjustability ranges up to 3–4.5" over stock on non-TRD Sequoia when used with ICON billet aluminum front upper control arms.

The included tubular upper control arms correct front-end geometry, add caster, improve suspension clearance, and use the serviceable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.

Included sway bar drop brackets reduce sway-bar link bind through suspension travel, allowing full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.

The dual-rate rear coils provide a compliant ride with a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance. Designed for taller rear ride heights, these springs yield 4" of rear lift on non-TRD Sequoia or 2" of rear lift on Sequoia models with the TRD Off-Road package or TRD Pro to help achieve a level stance.

Rear 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks with CDEV are tuned for the Sequoia to deliver balanced front-to-rear control. Remote reservoirs and a unique internal Bump Zone increase consistent damping performance and add additional damping force to better control hard bottom-outs. All ICON shock absorbers in this system are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

• OEM wheels and tires: fitment confirmed.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace (25mm offset) or 18x9" with 6" backspace (25mm offset).
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 35" x 12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; adding vehicle weight or accessories will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear height control air suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, part number 55164 is also required.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, a differential drop is recommended; part number 55156 or equivalent TRD axle solution is advised to avoid front axle stress. Not required for TRD Pro models.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.
• Typical lift by submodel: most Sequoia submodels achieve ~3–4.5" front and 4" rear; TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro submodels typically achieve ~1–2.5" front and 2" rear. For shorter rear ride heights, consider kit part number K53241T.
• Some vehicle configurations may require additional part numbers or accessories for proper installation; verify required components for your specific Sequoia submodel and options.
