ICON Stage 11 Complete Suspension System — 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 11 suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia pairs CDEV-equipped 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers and matching 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks with vehicle-specific valving to deliver improved on- and off-road performance, increased travel, and adjustable front lift for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires. ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) actively adjusts compression damping via the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each shock and can be configured and controlled wirelessly through the IIC app.

• 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs and CDEV for superior damping, shock cooling, and up to 40% more travel than stock
• Adjustable front ride height: typically 3–4.5" over stock (without TRD Off-Road package); 1–2.5" over stock on TRD Off-Road / TRD Pro submodels
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) actively adjusts compression damping using onboard sensors and user-defined settings; configurable via the IIC app
• Tubular upper control arms (UCAs) to correct front-end geometry, add caster, and improve suspension clearance; UCAs include the Delta Joint PRO for increased articulation
• Serviceable Delta Joint PRO provides a rebuildable ball joint and allows full bump and droop travel while reducing bind
• Sway bar drop brackets to minimize sway bar link bind and allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components
• Dual-rate rear coil springs for a comfortable on-road ride with firmer overload rate to resist bottoming and improve off-road performance
• 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks with CDEV for balanced front-to-rear control, improved heat dissipation, and an internal Bump Zone that increases damping for hard bottom-outs
• All ICON shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable

Compatibility & fitment highlights

• Tire fitment: Supports up to 35" x 12.50" tires (minor fender trimming or modifications may be required)
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: 25 mm
• Front lift (typical): 3–4.5" over stock on most submodels without TRD Off-Road package; 1–2.5" over stock on TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro submodels
• Rear lift: 2" over stock on non-TRD Off-Road Sequoia; 0" (stock height) on Sequoia with TRD Off-Road package

• Shocks are fully serviceable and rebuildable.
• Advertised lift height ranges apply to stock-equipped vehicles; added vehicle weight from accessories will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control app.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, a differential drop (Part #55156) is recommended to help prevent front axle damage; not required on TRD Pro.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, Part #55164 is also required.
• If taller rear ride heights are desired, consider the alternate kit part number K53241TS.
