ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 11

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 11 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia combines CDEV-equipped 2.5 Series coilovers and 2.5 Series rear remote reservoir shocks to deliver improved on- and off-road performance, increased front lift range for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires, and active electronic compression damping adjustment via ICON Intelligent Control (IIC). Once configured, the system actively adjusts damping in near real-time without driver input.

The front VS 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers are vehicle-specific, offer significant travel increases and superior heat dissipation, and provide adjustable ride height to accommodate larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations when used with the included billet aluminum upper control arms. Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and cooling to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use.

The included billet aluminum upper control arms correct front-end geometry, increase on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment, improve suspension component clearance, and use the serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO to allow full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.

The system includes sway bar drop brackets to reduce link bind through suspension travel and allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.

The dual-rate rear coil springs provide a softer ride with a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance. They are tuned for taller rear ride heights to achieve a level stance front to rear.

2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks with CDEV are matched to the Sequoia to deliver balanced front-to-rear control, extended consistent damping under heavy use, cooler operating temperatures, and an internal Bump Zone that increases damping force for hard bottom outs.

Notes:

• OEM wheel and tire fitment: yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (25 mm offset) or 18x9" (25 mm offset).
• Recommended tire size: 35 x 12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
• Most Sequoia submodels will see a front lift range of ≈3–4.5" and ≈4" rear lift. Submodels equipped with the TRD Off-Road package or TRD Pro will typically see ≈1–2.5" front lift and ≈2" rear lift. If shorter rear ride heights are desired, consider the alternate kit option.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear height control air suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, a differential drop or TRD axle upgrade is recommended to prevent front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, an additional skid plate adapter is required.
• Installation requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
• An iOS-operated device is required to run ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) for wireless configuration and control.
