ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 11

The Stage 11 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia combines ICON’s CDEV-equipped 2.5 Series front coilovers and 2.5 Series rear remote reservoir shocks to deliver improved on- and off-road performance, increased front lift range for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires, and active electronic compression damping adjustments via ICON Intelligent Control (IIC).

Front suspension: Vehicle-specific VS 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers with CDEV provide superior damping, increased piston area and shock body size for greater travel (up to a 40% increase over stock) and improved heat dissipation to resist overheating and damper fade. Front ride height is adjustable to allow fitment of larger wheel and tire combinations.

Upper control arms: Billet aluminum upper control arms correct front-end geometry, increase on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment, and improve suspension clearance. The serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO ball joint design allows full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.

Sway bar drop brackets: Included brackets reduce sway bar link bind throughout suspension travel, allowing freer suspension movement and preventing overstress of OE components.

Rear suspension: Dual-rate rear coil springs provide a softer primary rate for ride comfort and a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance. Rear 2.5 Series remote reservoir shocks with CDEV increase damping consistency, reduce operating temperatures during heavy use, and include an internal Bump Zone that adds additional damping force for severe impacts. The front and rear components are tuned to deliver balanced vehicle control.

Recommended wheel & tire guidance: Aftermarket wheel offsets around 25 mm are recommended for common fitments. Tire fitment up to 35 x 12.50 may be achievable with minor fender trimming and/or vehicle-specific modifications.

• Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear height control air suspension.
• Some 4WD models without certain factory driveline configurations may require additional driveline modifications to prevent front axle damage.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• If equipped with certain factory skid plates, additional components may be required for proper fitment.
• A compatible mobile device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control app.
• Typical ride height examples: most submodels achieve ~3–4.5" front lift and ~2" rear lift over stock; submodels equipped with TRD Off-Road or TRD Pro commonly see ~1–2.5" front lift and retain stock rear height.
