ICON Stage 10 Complete Suspension System — 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 10 suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades the Stage 9 design with billet aluminum upper and lower rear links and an adjustable billet rear track bar. The system delivers improved on- and off-road performance, increased travel and lift range for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires, and independent compression damping adjustment via ICON’s CDXS technology. Included components are remote reservoir front coilovers, tubular billet front upper control arms with serviceable Delta Joint PRO ball joints, sway bar drop brackets, dual-rate rear coil springs, adjustable tubular rear links, a billet adjustable track bar, and 2.5 Series rear remote reservoir shocks.

• Vehicle-specific 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs and CDXS compression control for improved damping, heat dissipation, and up to 40% more travel over stock.
• Adjustable front ride height — typically 3.0–4.5" over stock when used with the ICON billet front upper control arms.
• Billet tubular front upper control arms with the serviceable ICON Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel and reduced bind.
• Sway bar drop brackets to minimize link bind and allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• Tubular adjustable rear upper and lower links made from DOM tubing with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings for increased articulation and adjustability.
• Billet adjustable rear track bar CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum with double adjuster rod end threads for on-vehicle fine adjustment to properly center the axle.
• Dual-rate rear coil springs offering a comfortable on-road ride with firm overload rate for bottoming resistance and superior off-road performance.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks tuned for the Sequoia, featuring remote reservoirs, internal Bump Zone for added damping on hard bottom-outs, and CDXS with 10 settings for high- and low-speed compression.
• All ICON shock absorbers are rebuildable and re-tunable.

Key specifications: Supports tires up to 35 x 12.50" (minor fender trimming may be required). Recommended aftermarket wheel offset is approximately 25 mm.

Notes:

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for stock-equipped vehicles and will be affected by additional vehicle weight or accessories.
• Typical lift ranges: most Sequoia submodels — front 3.0–4.5" and rear 4" over stock. TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro submodels — front 1.0–2.5" and rear 2" over stock. For shorter rear ride heights, consider kit part number K53240T.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load‑Leveling Rear Height Control air suspension unless the required interface part (55153) is also installed.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package, ICON recommends using the differential drop (part 55156) or appropriate OEM TRD axle solutions to prevent front axle damage; this is not required for TRD Pro models.
• If the vehicle is equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, part 55164 is required for fitment.
• Recommended wheel offset: 25 mm. Tire fitment: up to 35 x 12.50" with minor fender trimming.
