ICON Stage 10 Complete Suspension System for 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 10 suspension system for the 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades ride height, suspension travel, and on-/off-road performance. The system adds billet aluminum adjustable rear links and track bar, a billet front upper control arm kit, front sway bar drop brackets, dual-rate rear coil springs, and ICON 2.5 Series remote-reservoir coilovers and rear shocks with CDXS compression damping for tunable ride and handling.

• Vehicle-specific 2.5 Series front coilovers — Remote-reservoir design increases oil volume and cooling; yields up to 40% more travel versus stock and offers 3–4.5" of front lift over stock when used with ICON billet front upper control arms.
• ICON CDXS compression damping — Independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjusters with 10 detented settings for precise tuning of handling response and overall aggressiveness.
• Billet aluminum rear links and adjustable track bar — CNC-machined 6061 aluminum components with anodized finish; double-adjuster rod end threads allow on-vehicle fine adjustment to properly center the axle.
• Tubular front upper control arms with Delta Joint Pro — Corrects front geometry with added caster, improved clearance, and a serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint Pro for full bump and droop travel without bind.
• Sway bar drop brackets — Reduces link bind through suspension travel to allow full wheel articulation without overstressing OE components.
• Tubular adjustable rear upper and lower links — DOM tubing construction with PTFE-lined FK rod ends, adjustable lengths, and multi-durometer bushings for noise-free operation and maximum angularity.
• Dual-rate rear coil springs — Softer ride rate with firmer overload rate for on-road comfort and excellent bottoming resistance off-road; provides 2" rear lift on non‑TRD Sequoia or 0" on Sequoia with TRD Off‑Road package to achieve a level stance.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks — Larger-diameter bodies, remote reservoirs, internal Bump Zone (adds ~20% damping for hard bottom-outs), CDXS tuning, and a balanced tune with the front coilovers.
• Fully serviceable shocks — All ICON shock absorbers are rebuildable and re-tunable for long-term maintenance and performance.

Notes

OEM wheels and tires fitment: yes. Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace (25mm offset) or 18x9" with 6" backspace (25mm offset). Recommended tire: 35x12.50" (minor fender trimming or modifications may be required).

Advertised lift ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight with accessories will alter lift range. Shocks are fully serviceable.

Non-TRD Sequoia (without Adaptive Variable Suspension): typical front lift range 3–4.5" over stock and rear lift 2". Sequoia equipped with TRD Off‑Road package or TRD Pro: typical front lift range 1–2.5" over stock and rear remains at stock height. If taller rear ride heights are desired, consider the related taller-rear kit option.

Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). If the vehicle has automatic leveling headlights or Load‑Leveling Rear Height Control air suspension, additional related components are required for compatibility (refer to required part references). If equipped with TRD aluminum skid plate, an additional specific bracket is required.

For 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package, ICON recommends using an ICON differential drop or TRD axle options to prevent front axle damage if not otherwise addressed. Installation requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
