ICON Stage 10 Suspension System — 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 10 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades the Stage 9 platform with billet aluminum upper and lower rear links and an adjustable billet rear track bar. The system is engineered to improve on- and off-road performance, increase suspension travel, offer adjustable compression damping, correct alignment geometry, and provide front and rear lift options to accommodate aggressive wheel and tire combinations up to 35" diameter.

• Vehicle-specific 2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs: CDC valve-equipped, externally adjustable for 10 compression settings, larger 2.5" shock body and piston for increased travel and superior heat dissipation. Provides up to 3–4.5" of front lift over stock when used with the billet front upper control arms (varies by submodel).
• Billet front upper control arms: Correct front-end geometry with added caster and improved component clearance. Replace the OE ball joint with the serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel without bind.
• Billet rear upper and lower adjustable links: 1‑3/4" x .313 wall DOM tubing with multi-stage powder coat, PTFE-lined rod ends for increased articulation, reduced deflection, and adjustable link length. Multi-durometer bushings provide quiet operation and maximum angularity without routine greasing.
• Billet adjustable rear track bar: CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with double adjuster rod end threads for on-vehicle length fine-tuning to properly center the axle on lifted vehicles.
• Dual-rate rear coil springs: Softer primary rate for on-road comfort with a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance and off-road control. Typical rear lift is 2" on non-TRD Sequoia models and 0" on TRD Off‑Road and TRD Pro-equipped models.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks: Matched to the front coilovers for balanced vehicle control. Remote reservoirs and an internal Bump Zone increase consistent damping and help control hard bottom-outs. CDC valves provide 10 compression settings. All shocks are rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Sway bar drop brackets: Minimize sway bar link bind through suspension travel to allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.

Key benefits include improved suspension articulation and travel (up to ~40% more travel over stock in some models), adjustable compression damping for tuning on- and off-road behavior, corrected alignment and caster for better drivability, and support for larger tire fitment while maintaining ride quality.

Recommended wheel & tire fitment: Supports up to 35 x 12.50 tires with minor fender trimming. Common aftermarket wheel offsets around 25 mm are suggested for proper fitment; typical aftermarket wheel sizes used with this kit include 17x8.5 and 18x9 (verify fitment for your application).

Serviceability: All ICON shock absorbers are fully serviceable, rebuildable, and re-tunable.

Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; adding accessories or additional weight will alter actual lift range.

Most Sequoia submodels will realize approximately 3–4.5" of front lift and 2" of rear lift over stock. Submodels equipped with the TRD Off‑Road package or TRD Pro typically see 1–2.5" of front lift and remain at stock height in the rear.

Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or certain load‑leveling rear height control air suspension configurations.

If the vehicle is equipped with automatic leveling headlights, load‑leveling rear air suspension, or certain skid plates, additional components may be required for proper installation.

4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package may require a differential drop or compatible axle configuration to prevent front axle stress; this is not required for TRD Pro models.

Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
