ICON Stage 10 Complete Suspension System — 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 10 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades ride quality, travel and articulation with billet aluminum rear links, an adjustable rear track bar, and adjustable compression damping. Designed to improve on- and off-road performance, this kit increases lift range for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires while providing improved alignment capability and rebuildable, serviceable components.

The system features Vehicle-Specific VS 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers with ICON’s CDXS compression damping. These adjustable coilovers provide increased shock oil capacity and cooling, a larger 2.5" shock body for greater piston area and travel (up to 40% more than stock), and independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment with 10 detented settings per circuit.

The included billet aluminum front upper control arms correct front-end geometry with improved camber and caster adjustment. UCAs replace the OE ball joint with the serviceable and rebuildable Delta Joint PRO to allow full bump and droop travel while reducing binding.

Sway bar drop brackets are included to minimize link bind through suspension travel, allowing freer suspension movement and full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.

Billet aluminum adjustable rear upper and lower links are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum and anodized for corrosion resistance. They use PTFE-lined rod ends and ICON’s double-adjuster system for on-vehicle length adjustment, and incorporate multi-durometer bushings for quiet, low-maintenance operation and maximum angularity.

The dual-rate rear coil springs combine a softer ride-height spring with a firmer overload rate for on-road comfort, strong bottoming resistance and improved off-road performance. Rear lift is application-dependent to preserve ride quality and stance balance.

The billet rear adjustable track bar centers the axle on lifted vehicles and features double-adjuster rod end threads for easy on-vehicle fine tuning. Rear remote reservoir 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks provide increased damping capacity, improved heat dissipation, an internal Bump Zone for additional bottom-out control, and CDXS-based low/high speed compression tuning for balanced front-to-rear vehicle control.

Notes

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift height ranges indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight with accessories will alter lift range.
• Most Sequoia submodels: front lift range ≈ 3–4.5" over stock and rear ≈ 2" over stock. Submodels equipped with TRD Off-Road Package and TRD Pro: front lift range ≈ 1–2.5" and rear remains at stock height. Taller rear ride heights may require an alternate kit.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offsets: approximately 25 mm. Suggested wheel sizes include 17x8.5" and 18x9". Recommended tire fitment up to 35x12.50 (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, ICON recommends a diff drop or appropriate axle upgrades to avoid front axle stress or damage; this is not required for TRD Pro models.
• Some vehicle configurations with automatic leveling headlights or load-leveling rear height control air suspension may require additional interface components or are not compatible—verify vehicle-specific requirements.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Installation requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, an additional adapter may be required for proper fitment.
