ICON Stage 9 Complete Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 9 complete suspension system for the 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades front and rear shock absorbers with Compression Damping Control Valves (CDCV) to precisely tune compression damping for street, rock crawling, or high-speed desert use. This kit improves on- and off-road performance, increases front-end lift height range for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires, and includes vehicle-specific components for improved alignment and suspension travel.

Front coilovers

V.S. 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers with CDC Valves allow adjustable ride height and compression tuning. The larger 2.5" shock body and increased piston area maximize travel and ride quality. Remote reservoirs increase oil capacity and heat dissipation to resist overheating and damper fade. CDC Valves are externally adjustable and provide 10 compression damping settings.

Upper control arm kit

The tubular front upper control arms correct front-end geometry with added caster and improved clearance. The included serviceable Delta Joint PRO replaces the OE ball joint and allows full bump and droop travel while eliminating binding.

Sway bar drop brackets

Sway bar drop brackets minimize sway bar link bind through the suspension travel range to enable freer suspension movement and full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.

Rear springs and shocks

Dual-rate rear coil springs provide a softer ride rate with a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance and off-road performance. Designed for taller rear ride heights, these springs yield approximately 4" of rear lift over stock on non-TRD Sequoia models, or 2" of rear lift on Sequoia models equipped with the TRD Off-Road package or TRD Pro. The matched 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks include CDC Valves, an internal Bump Zone (adds ~20% damping during hard bottom outs), and remote reservoirs for consistent damping and cooler operation.

Notes

• OEM wheels and tires: fit.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5" with 5.75" backspace (25mm offset) or 18x9" with 6" backspace (25mm offset).
• Recommended tire size: 35" x 12.50" (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, ICON recommends using a diff drop or TRD axles to prevent front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, an additional skid plate part is required.
• Typical lift ranges by submodel: most Sequoia submodels — front 3–4.5" and rear 4" over stock; TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro submodels — front 1–2.5" and rear 2" over stock. For shorter rear ride heights, consider kit part number K53239T.
