ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 9 Suspension System for 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 9 complete suspension system for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades front and rear shock absorbers with Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) to precisely tune compression damping for street, rock crawling, or high-speed desert use. This system combines ICON V.S. 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers, 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks, tubular steel front upper control arms, a sway bar drop kit, and dual-rate rear coil springs to deliver improved on- and off-road performance, greater wheel travel, corrected front-end geometry, and front lift height adjustability for up to 35" tires with proper fitment.

The 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers provide increased oil volume and heat dissipation, larger shock body and piston area for up to 40% more travel versus stock, and independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment via ICON’s CDXS valves (10 detented settings each). Tubular upper control arms correct front geometry, add caster, improve component clearance, and incorporate the serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel without binding. The dual-rate rear coils offer a compliant ride with a firmer overload rate to resist bottoming, while the remote-reservoir rear shocks include an internal Bump Zone for increased damping during hard bottom outs and matching CDXS adjustability for a balanced front-to-rear tune.

• Shocks are fully serviceable and rebuildable.
• Most Sequoia submodels will have a front lift range of approximately 3–4.5" over stock and approximately 2" of rear lift over stock on non-TRD Off-Road models.
• Sequoia submodels equipped with the TRD Off-Road package or TRD Pro will generally have a front lift range of approximately 1–2.5" over stock and will remain at stock rear height.
• Not compatible with Load‑Leveling Rear Height Control air suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Installing this suspension may require additional driveline modifications on some 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package to prevent undue front axle stress; evaluate vehicle configuration and make recommended accommodations.
• If the vehicle is equipped with certain aftermarket or factory skid plates, additional parts or clearance modifications may be required.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes include 17x8.5" (5.75" backspace, 25 mm offset) and 18x9" (6" backspace, 25 mm offset).
• Recommended tire size up to 35 x 12.50" (minor fender trimming or modifications may be required for full fitment).
