ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 9 Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The Stage 9 complete suspension system for the 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia upgrades front and rear shock absorbers with Compression Damping Control Valves (CDCV) and remote reservoirs to provide tunable compression damping, increased shock oil capacity and improved heat dissipation. This package combines 2.5 Series CDCV front coilovers, 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks, tubular front upper control arms, sway bar drop brackets and dual-rate rear coil springs for enhanced on‑ and off‑road performance, increased travel, and improved alignment and stance for larger wheel and tire combinations.

• Vehicle fitment: Designed specifically for 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia.
• Adjustable front ride height: Front coilovers allow approximately 3"–4.5" of lift over stock on most submodels when combined with the supplied billet upper control arms; TRD Off‑Road and TRD Pro submodels have reduced front lift ranges.
• Compression Damping Control Valves (CDCV): Externally adjustable valves provide 10 settings of compression damping for fine tuning from soft to firm.
• 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers: Larger 2.5" shock bodies and increased piston area for greater travel (up to ~40% more than stock), improved ride quality and reduced damper fade under heavy use.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote shocks: Matched to the front coilovers for balanced vehicle control; feature remote reservoirs and an internal Bump Zone for increased bottom‑out control.
• Tubular front upper control arms: Correct front geometry, add caster and improve suspension clearance; fitted with the serviceable Delta Joint PRO to allow full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce link bind through suspension travel to allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• Dual‑rate rear coil springs: Softer ride rate with firmer overload rate to deliver on‑road comfort, bottoming resistance and superior off‑road performance; yields rear lift appropriate to the vehicle’s stock suspension package.
• Wheel and tire compatibility: Supports larger tires up to 35" x 12.50" with minor fender trimming/modifications; recommended aftermarket wheel offsets around 25 mm for proper fitment.
• Serviceability: All shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re‑tunable.

Notes:

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Advertised lift heights are for a stock‑equipped vehicle; adding vehicle accessories or cargo will alter lift range.
• Most Sequoia submodels will achieve approximately 3"–4.5" of front lift and ~2" of rear lift over stock. Submodels equipped with the TRD Off‑Road Package and TRD Pro will have reduced front lift (approximately 1"–2.5") and remain at stock rear height. If taller rear ride heights are desired, consider an alternate kit designed for increased rear lift.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load‑Leveling Rear Height Control air suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package, a differential drop or TRD axles are recommended to prevent front axle stress; this is not required for TRD Pro models.
• If the vehicle is equipped with a TRD aluminum skid plate, an additional adapter or modification may be required for proper installation.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• Minor fender trimming and other vehicle modifications may be required to accommodate larger tires.
