ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 9 Complete Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 9 suspension system upgrades front and rear shock absorbers with Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) for independently tunable high- and low-speed compression. Designed to improve on- and off-road performance, the system increases front-end lift range for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires while delivering improved travel, ride quality, and alignment capability. The kit includes 2.5 Series CDXS remote-reservoir front coilovers, 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks, billet aluminum front upper control arms, sway bar drop brackets, and dual-rate rear coil springs.

Front coilovers: ICON VS 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers with CDXS provide increased piston area and shock oil capacity for improved cooling and resistance to damper fade. With vehicle-specific shock length and valving, these coilovers can yield up to a 40% increase in travel versus stock and offer 10 detented settings for both low- and high-speed compression adjustment.

Upper control arms & joints: Billet aluminum front upper control arms correct front-end geometry and add on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment. UCAs are fitted with the serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint PRO to allow full bump and droop travel while eliminating binding.

Rear springs & shocks: Dual-rate rear coil springs combine a softer ride-height rate with a firmer overload rate for on-road comfort, bottoming resistance, and off-road performance. 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks include a Bump Zone for additional damping on hard bottom-outs and are equipped with CDXS for balanced front-to-rear control.

• Shocks: All ICON shock absorbers in the kit are fully rebuildable and re-tunable

• Shocks are fully serviceable and rebuildable. Lift heights indicated apply to stock-equipped vehicles.
• Advertised lift height ranges are for stock-equipped vehicles; increased vehicle weight or accessories will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, ICON recommends using an ICON diff drop or equivalent modification to avoid front axle damage; this is not required for TRD Pro models.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, an additional compatibility part is required.
• Most Sequoia submodels will achieve approximately 3–4.5" of front lift and 2" of rear lift over stock. Submodels with the TRD Off-Road package or TRD Pro typically see approximately 1–2.5" front lift and remain at stock height in the rear.
• Recommended tire fitment: 35 x 12.50" (minor fender trimming or modifications may be required).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: approximately 25 mm.
