ICON Stage 8 Complete Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 8 suspension system for the 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia increases ground clearance and suspension articulation while improving on- and off-road performance. The system combines billet aluminum rear lower links, remote reservoir front and rear shocks, tubular front upper control arms, dual-rate rear coil springs, and sway bar drop brackets to deliver better heat dissipation, enhanced shock performance, corrected alignment geometry, and the capability to accommodate larger tires.

Front suspension: 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers with vehicle-specific valving and shock length provide increased piston area and shock travel (up to a significant increase over stock). The coilovers offer adjustable front ride height and improved cooling and resistance to damper fade under heavy use.

Upper control arms: Tubular front upper control arms correct front-end geometry, add caster, increase component clearance, and replace the OE ball joint with the serviceable and rebuildable Delta Joint PRO to enable full bump and droop travel without binding.

Sway bar drop brackets: Designed to minimize sway bar link bind throughout suspension travel, allowing freer movement and full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.

Rear links and springs: Tubular adjustable rear lower links are built from DOM tubing with PTFE-lined rod ends and multi-durometer bushings for increased articulation, reduced deflection, and maintenance-free operation. Dual-rate rear coil springs combine a comfortable ride rate with a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance and superior off-road performance, providing different rear lift depending on factory suspension package.

Rear shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks feature increased diameter for improved performance and a remote reservoir for better heat management. An internal Bump Zone increases damping force during hard bottom-outs. Paired with the front coilovers, these shocks deliver balanced vehicle control and a refined driving experience. All shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges apply to stock-equipped vehicles; increasing vehicle weight through accessories will alter lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear height control air suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, a differential drop or TRD-style axle solution is recommended to prevent front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro.
• If equipped with a TRD aluminum skid plate, an additional component is required for compatibility.
• OEM wheels and tires will fit. Up to 35 x 12.50 tires are compatible but may require minor fender trimming.
• Most Sequoia submodels will see a front lift range near the advertised adjustable range and approximately 4" of rear lift on non-TRD models; TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro submodels will have reduced lift numbers. Consult for options if shorter rear ride heights are desired.
