ICON Stage 8 Complete Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

ICON Stage 8 is a complete suspension system engineered for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia to increase ground clearance, improve rear suspension articulation, and deliver enhanced on- and off-road performance. The system upgrades rear links and shocks, adds adjustable front coilovers and strengthened front upper control arms, and includes sway bar drop brackets and dual-rate rear coils to achieve a balanced ride and proper stance for larger tires.

Included components: billet aluminum rear lower links, 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers, tubular steel front upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, front sway bar drop kit, dual-rate rear coil springs, and 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks.

Front coilovers: Vehicle-specific 2.5 Series remote-reservoir front coilovers provide increased piston area and a larger shock body for greater travel and improved damping. They offer adjustable front ride height and enhanced heat dissipation to resist damper fade under heavy use.

Front upper control arms: Tubular upper control arms correct front-end geometry, add caster, and improve component clearance. The replaceable, serviceable Delta Joint PRO ball joint enables full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.

Sway bar drop brackets: Drop brackets minimize sway bar link bind throughout suspension travel so the suspension can move more freely without overstressing OE components.

Rear links and shocks: Tubular steel adjustable rear lower links are constructed from DOM tubing with a multi-stage corrosion-resistant finish and use PTFE-lined rod ends for increased articulation and reduced deflection. Dual-rate rear coil springs combine a compliant ride-rate with a firmer overload rate for bottoming resistance and improved off-road performance. 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote-reservoir shocks increase oil volume and cooling, include an internal Bump Zone for additional damping on hard impacts, and are tuned to work with the front coilovers for balanced control.

• Recommended maximum tire size: 35 x 12.50 (minor fender trimming and modifications may be required).
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated apply to stock-equipped vehicles.
• Advertised lift ranges are for stock-equipped vehicles; increased vehicle weight from accessories will alter actual lift range.
• Not compatible with load-leveling rear height control air suspension.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package should use a front differential drop or equivalent to prevent front axle damage.
• Vehicles equipped with TRD aluminum skid plates may require additional hardware for installation.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• Typical lift ranges: most Sequoia submodels gain approximately 3–4.5" front and 2" rear. TRD Off‑Road and TRD Pro submodels typically gain approximately 1–2.5" front and 0" rear.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: approximately 25 mm.
