ICON Stage 8 Suspension System for 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 8 suspension system is engineered to improve on- and off-road performance for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia. The kit frees up rear suspension movement, increases strength and ground clearance with CNC-machined billet aluminum rear lower links, and delivers improved shock performance and heat dissipation with remote reservoir technology. Front components include vehicle-specific 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers and billet aluminum upper control arms to allow increased ride height and corrected front-end geometry. The system is tuned to enable use of larger tires while maintaining ride quality, suspension articulation, and alignment adjustability.

• Vehicle-specific design: Purpose-built for the 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia.
• 2.5 Series front coilovers: Remote reservoir design for superior damping, increased oil volume and heat dissipation, and improved shock cooling; adjustable for front ride heights.
• Front ride height adjustability: Typical range of 3–4.5" over stock (when using ICON billet front upper control arms).
• Billet aluminum upper control arms: Corrects front-end geometry, increases camber/caster adjustment, improves component clearance, and includes the Delta Joint PRO for full bump and droop travel.
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce sway bar link bind and allow full wheel travel without overstressing OE components.
• Billet aluminum adjustable rear lower links: CNC-machined 6061 aluminum with PTFE-lined rod ends, double adjuster system for on-vehicle length adjustment, and multi-durometer bushings for quiet operation and maximum angularity.
• Dual-rate rear coil springs: Softer ride rate with firmer overload rate for on-road comfort, bottoming resistance, and superior off-road performance; designed for taller rear ride heights.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks: Larger-diameter shocks with remote reservoirs for consistent damping, cooler operating temperatures under heavy use, and an internal Bump Zone for added bottom-out control.
• Rebuildable and re-tunable: All ICON shock absorbers in the system are fully serviceable and rebuildable.

Performance and fitment highlights: The system can accommodate up to 35" x 12.50" tires with minor fender trimming. Recommended aftermarket wheel offset is approximately 25 mm. Typical lift outcomes depend on factory trim level and options.

Notes

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock-equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight due to accessories will alter the lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear height control air suspension.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off‑Road package, additional diff-drop or axle considerations are recommended to avoid front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro models.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with the TRD aluminum skid plate, an additional skid plate-related component is required.
• Typical lift ranges by submodel: most Sequoia submodels—front ~3–4.5", rear ~4"; TRD Off‑Road and TRD Pro submodels—front ~1–2.5", rear ~2". Shorter rear ride heights may be achieved with alternative kit options.
