ICON Stage 8 Complete Suspension System — 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia

The ICON Stage 8 complete suspension system for the 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia improves suspension travel, strength, and ground clearance with billet aluminum components and remote reservoir shocks. Designed to enhance both on- and off-road performance, the system increases shock cooling capacity and travel, corrects front-end geometry, and provides front lift height adjustability to accommodate larger tire fitment while maintaining ride quality.

The system includes ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers, billet aluminum front upper control arms with serviceable Delta Joint PRO ball joints, billet aluminum adjustable rear lower links, dual-rate rear coil springs, 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks, and sway bar drop brackets to reduce link bind and allow full wheel travel.

• Front coilovers: 2.5 Series remote reservoir adjustable coilovers with increased shock body diameter and piston area for up to 40% more travel over stock and improved heat dissipation

• Billet aluminum front upper control arms: Corrects front-end geometry with on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment; features a serviceable, high-articulation Delta Joint PRO

• Rear remote reservoir shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks tuned for balanced front-to-rear control with added damping in a high-output Bump Zone and improved cooling under heavy use
• Sway bar drop brackets: Reduce link bind to preserve full suspension travel without overstressing OE components
• Serviceability: All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable

• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock equipped vehicle.
• Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock equipped vehicle; increasing vehicle weight from accessories will alter the lift range.
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with load-leveling rear height control air suspension.
• For 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package, a differential drop or compatible axle solution is recommended to prevent front axle damage; not required for TRD Pro models.
• Not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• If equipped with a TRD aluminum skid plate, additional components may be required.
• Typical lift ranges: most submodels — front 3–4.5" and rear 2" over stock; TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro submodels — front 1–2.5" over stock and rear remains at stock height. Tire fitment up to 35 x 12.50 may require minor fender trimming. Recommended aftermarket wheel offset ~25 mm.
